I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Was visiting from NC and accidentally stepped on my glasses and broke the arms off of them. He had a busy schedule but got my glasses fixed completely in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of eye glass repairs in the area.

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new eye doctor after nearly 30 years with my previous doctor. Insight Optical did not disappoint! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Silverstone is great. Has a good bedside manner and able to figure out any eye problems. Wonderful office.

The coolest eye exam I ever had! The optometrist was so gracious and helpful, and had a great sense of humor! The whole staff was patient and incredible even when they were faced with some unruly customers. They'll definitely get my business again and again....heck, they're so cool I may just stop by from time to time just to say hello!!$$

My husband and I have had Dr. Brent as our ophthalmologist and we are pleased. My husband's first visit resulted in an extensive examination and the identification of glaucoma. Dr. Brent also recommended an excellent cataract surgeon. We are thankful for Dr. Brent's expertise and genuine care for his patients. We recommend this caring team of doctors, staff, and the in-office glasses shop. Eric was helpful and knew my insurance well. They are top notch!

The new Optometrist who took over the practice, Dr Justin Greczek is great. I've now had a couple of appointments and he is thorough, knowledgeable and very nice. The staff has always been great. Even when I have run out of contacts before orders come in, they provide some for me. Very happy with them and the service they have provided.

I had been a customer for 5 years(since 2015). Eventually they will mess the service to get few more bucks. It's almost imposible to speak with managers.

I had a great experience seeing Dr. Wilkins at Texas State Optical. My examine was thorough, and explanations were explained in a way that was easy to understand. I didn’t feel highly pressured to purchase glasses, which is a complaint I have with most other places I’ve gone. I would recommend this location for your optical needs.

Outstanding! Vince is top notch! Excellent selection of frames, but more importantly, a skilled professional, who ensures you can see properly!!! I have progressive lenses and after working with Vince, can finally see again!
