Dr. Luz Rivera missed I was having or had a PVD. She said I just have a floater. I went to a real eye doctor (Ophthalmologist) and confirm what Google was telling me, I had PVD. Should have known going to a Pearl vision center, but if was the only place that had an opening due to a cancelation. Another tip: if you find glasses there you like, take a picture of the inside frame to get the model number and size. Search for it online and buy it much cheaper.

I could not be more positive in considering my experience with the Glaucoma Consultants practice. The members of the medical technician staff are friendly and upbeat yet professional and have always been ready and able to answer any questions that I might have. And Dr. Pokabla is a very special medical professional. His approach always leaves me feeling that he personally cares about me and my situation. He listens to any concerns and always responds in a genuine, helpful manner. Of all the interactions I have had with medical professionals over the course of my life, I can truthfully say that no one has left me with a more positive impression than Dr. Pokabla. I always feel very fortunate when I leave their offices.

These ladies working at this location are amazing they’re very professional and helpful I didn’t get a notification that the doctor was out for the day but they did my measurements and picked out the style glasses I want and helped with paperwork to get me seen sooner at my next appointment! Thanks so much Melissa and Tiffany you guys rock

Very very very disappointed. I have never seen any doctor's office being so unprofessional with their patients. I took my 9 yo for her first eye exam. My appointment was for 11 AM. I got for an appt and called the office because i couldn't find the place so at that time i am being told that "I am struck in massive traffic and wont be able to get there till 11:45 pm. So i said can i come at 12 pm? and was told yes". 11:45 AM, i am about to leave the house with 9 yo and 4 yo as do not have anyone to watch another kid. At 11:45, receiving a call again stating that she wont be able to make it till 12:30-12:45 pm and asked to come at 12:45pm. At 12:45 pm, i got to the office again, door was locked so called office number again and was told that again, she wont be able to make it and come back at 2 pm or Tuesday.. This was ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. They do not have courtesy to call in advance if they are not going to make it for the appointment.

Went here a week ago for new glasses, it came out perfect. Got the new glasses today and it was great. The staff was great, they really helped us. We were satisfied with our visit. Thank you! 😊🩷 …

We have been going to this Harvey and Lewis for more than 15 years. Although there is one here it Bristol, it is very much worth the drive to work with Theresa and her staff at the UConn/Farmington store. Theresa epitomizes the kindness, care and patience one expects during the stress and anxiety of picking out the perfect pair or correctly answering which lens setting is the perfect one. Her gentle demeanor and always smiling nature makes the Harvey and Lewis at UConn Farmington the only professional eye care center we will go to. Bravo and Congratulations Theresa for being Connecticut's #1 Eye Care Center.

What a caring, warm and trustworthy MD! I’ve only been there one time, never having been to an ophthalmologist previously, but the entire staff there are friendly, easy going, and more like a family then co workers. I immediately felt more secure upon meeting with Dr. Sacks. He was thorough in his exam, asked the necessary questions, listened without rushing me, and gave me input on his findings and diagnosis. He provided me with options to resolve the acute issue, and agreed to take care of the chronic issue (I related) and informed me of the procedure he’d do, if I wasn’t able to resolve it using the strategy he instructed. He is the rare, non-managed care-like, pressured MDs who may mean well, but tend to respond to patients as they are walking out the door, to get to the patient scheduled for treatment not more than 10 mins. Apart. Highly recommend this doctor.

Great family Eye Care! Dr Leon was great! Was able to answer all my questions and made me feel like I was in great hands! And my sweet eye tech was amazing too! We bring our family here and will continue! Thanks guys!
