I would give this place a negative stars if I could, scheduling staff is incompetent. We had a referral to see Dr Speicher @ the U.C. office and scheduled for the same this past Thurs. Appt was made for Downtown location not U.C. and when they called to confirm the day before lady I spoke with laughed when I pointed this out and said "have a nice day" then hung up. Found out upon arriving for Appt that this Dr is only @ U.C. location on Tuesdays and that 2 days prior was his last @ the location(being he's retiring). The "manager" I spoke with about this error was the same person who I had spoke with previous day("have a nice day") and made nothing but lame excuses for the mistake and stated that I had to go downtown to see this Dr. Why would I drive downtown if I live in the U.C. area?? Stay away from this practice to save your mental health!!

I was in and out with glasses on hand in nearly an hour! Amazing customer service, variety of frames, and good quality!! The staff was so helpful and i got the perfect glasses.
