My 3 year old son had an eye doctor appointment there today and it will absolutely be our last. I always overlooked the fact that our visits there usually took a long time and we were always kept waiting because he’s seen this particular doctor his entire life, my son was born at 23 weeks along with his twin brother and has chronic lung disease, yet we get there and he’s now REQUIRED to wear a mask because he’s over 2 and they absolutely refuse to see him unless he puts one on, Not taking in mind his lung issues at all and the fact that he is actually unable to wear them for actual health purposes. I will not return and I will no longer refer anyone to this practice.

Dr. Kim Nguyen and her team are the absolute best! I took my entire family and we were all able to address our individual concerns and be heard. The entire office staff from beginning to end were thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. It made hearing that some needed glasses more acceptable. Plus going through the frames and picking out the best frames for those needing them was fun. If you are in Denton, "Dr. Kim" Dr. Nguyen is who you want to see for your eye care needs.

Excellent experience, from the actual eye exam through the selection of a frame for new glasses and in dealing with all the insurance paperwork. Staff was very diligent in making certain I received all of the insurance benefits I was entitled to. Fast - Friendly - Efficient. I will definitely return.

After years of eye exams I will find another for my annual exam. If my insurance company will not pay for a test then I don’t want it. Tired of the push for additional cost. He knows what he is doing but as the customer I will find someone else.

The staff at Family Eye Care are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Lees is very kind and professional, and he answers all questions thoroughly. This is a great place to visit for glasses and contacts; there is a large selection of frames, and they are of high quality. My glasses and contacts were ready within the week, and the same timeliness has been experienced by all six in my family. I have been visiting Dr. Lees for the past twenty plus years, and his service never wavers. If you want excellent care, outstanding service, and quality eye wear, you will be extremely satisfied with Family Eye Care & Contact Lens Center.

The doctor really took the time to be very through. I never felt like he was rushing to be finished and move on to the the next patient.

I've been going to Washington Eye Care ever since the last company I used abruptly closed and every experience I've had with them has been a pleasant one. Furthermore, each time I go here the establishment is always clean and tidy but more importantly I can always find a nice pair of stylish glasses that suits my needs. !!

I’ve have come to Dr. Garibyan on two occasions when I have scratched my cornea - each time she has handled me with incredible care. Their office is prompt in response - they even text too, something incredibly helpful for my busy schedule. The staff is just as learned and attentive to detail. Thank you Dr. Garibyan!

Thank you for your kind professionalism. No one pressured me into buying something I couldn’t afford. The employees explained what my insurance did and didn’t cover, and remained conscientious of my budget.

Update:7-23-2023 I email them on 6-14-2023 after they respond to my review below and ask me to contact them. thought they would want to make it right. But nope, no one replied. What a shame! 10-27-2021 I decided to give Target Optometrist a try. After a year and a half of using my prescription glasses, it finally confirmed how low-quality Target offered. Today I went in and explain my situation to 2 of the staff there. Their responses are 90 days warranted only, and they said I probably did not use a clean towel to clean the glasses, that's why the glasses coating was stripped. She continue to say about replacing that lens and it will cost $380, I just paid for this one over $600 but lasted only 1 1/2 years. Please note, These are not the first prescription glasses that I used. I'm over 60 years old, and none of my old glasses has ever had that issue. If you're looking for a quality product, TARGET IS NOT THE ONE. please look at the picture!
