Charles Hill is condescending and has an attitude. Wouldn’t let him operate on your eyes if i were you.

Love this place and docs are great but overbooking is out of control and now a new policy of $50 if you need to leave before you get in. Waiting 45 minutes or more to get in is ridiculous but it costs you if you want to rebook.

Everyone at the office was kind and welcoming. I never felt rushed, in fact it was the most pleasant and personalized visit at any optical place I’ve experienced. Wide range of glasses available. Definitely highly recommend. Parking is slightly challenging but that’s all over West Seattle. They have me as their loyal customer for sure.

I have visited this doctor last year 12/23/19. I had an eye exam and she said that I need medical nescessary eye exam. I went back to her office Feb 14, and I have done contact lens fitting and she order the contact lens for me. After waiting a few months and I have not received the contact lens, I just got a large bill about $1000. I have multiple insurances i.e medical and vision from the UH. After many hours calling customer service and going the office multiple times, they agreed to remove the contact lens charge from the bill. But they were still billing ~500 to me. I keep asking them to bill my vision insurance, and this doctor and its office keep playing games; and I came to the conclusion that they don't want to bill my vision insurance since they will not get as much money as if they bully me. I have reported to the BBB and this issue was not resolved because tthis doctor did not want to cooperate with the BBB. I just got collection bill and they demanding that I pay up for this doctor. The amount of time and resource that I spend to resolve is beyond ~1000. I will just pay off so that my credit report does not get mess up. Stay away from this doctor if you want peace of mind.

Loved Our 1st experience here. Definitely felt like we got a a great exam. I've felt rushed at other places. Eveyone answered my questions. Staff was friendly and very professional.

Nicole is great. She was so helpful and pleasant. I was looking for help to swap my prescription lens with the new exact same frame. She is there to help me. This shop is cute and has many different styles of frames. Highly recommend to come here.

Dr. Murphy and his staff are amazing. They take such such great care of me and my kids. Love having a great eye doctor in our area.

I’ve been going to Clear Vision since 2013-14 , they are the best at what they do. I truly love my eye doctor and all of his staff workers. They make u feel so comfortable, welcomed and respected. I recommended my whole family and now they’re new members. If u haven’t already heard about Clear Vision then please give them a try you won’t be disappointed 💯

Was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We waited for five hours to just get sent back to the room and when we got back there, the woman that was supposed to do my eyes was extremely rude and had no bedside manner. I’m 17 years old and I wasn’t able to answer my own questions. They were really rude to my 65-year-old grandmother who was just trying to let them know the problem I’ve been having I don’t recommend this place for anyone especially not if you really need the help. If a 0 star was a option I would definitely pick that one

I'm definitely making this place my family eye doctor. I use to go to Walmart on Alton Gloor because it's cheap but the doctor and staff are depressing and the doctor is so uptight makes u feel awkward and even when they used to set you up for an appointment she wasn't even there same excuse all the time. I got tired of it so I found this small place at the corner of Boca Chica and Paredes and the doctor she is very sweet always smiling and she is very good at her job. The staff they are very welcoming and the boys are silly but professionals. Its pricey but worth it. Thanks guys.
