I had a wonderful experience at the LC location in the Deerbrook Mall. Both associates who assisted me were competent, professional, and very courteous. All my questions were patiently and confidently answered. Once the ordering started, Ms. Cierra was amazingly fast and took great care to get my order correct. Minus my browsing time, I'm sure from walking in to walking out with new product ordered was pretty close to 30 minutes or less!! Fantastic job!! Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough kind words about my entire experience! June was the sweetest, most helpful, and sincere person I have encountered in a long time. In a world of lackluster customer service, June is truly one of a kind. Highly recommend over and over again!

I had been going to Clear Choice for the past 3 years and seeing Dr. Fukunaga. She is the best eye doctor I have been to since I started wearing glasses at age 10 (I’m 27 now). The staff here is really nice and has great communication. I moved out of state and have not found a better optometrist than this one.

My first visit was fantastic at Ocean Ranch Optometry. The optometry office was very nice and everyone was extremely friendly. Abby welcomed me when I walked and Dr Spaeth went thru my thorough eye exam. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit!! I’ll definitely be coming back for my annual exam and my vision needs!!

After moving and needing a new eye doctor I went to Stones River Eye Center. All was well until I got a bill in the mail for $7.50, when I called about the bill I was told it was an error and irrelevant. After 2 months I hadn’t received my contacts in so I asked that they cancel the order. They told me the contacts were never ordered and I asked for a refund. This is where my problems began. They informed me I would have to speak to the office manager who I had to call and leave messages with three times, after the 3rd time magically the next day I had a check in the mail for the incorrect amount ($17.50). I called to determine where the remaining credit is and they told me the hardware was down and they would call me ASAP. It is worth noting I also received a bill for $17.50 which was the over 30 day amount due for the $7.50 I was told I didn’t owe. The office manager never called, when I finally called her back, she was rude, I asked two questions and she told me “since I wasn’t understanding she would mail me my ledger” and wouldn’t answer any of my questions “because my ledger would make it clear”. Extremely unhappy with the business, especially the office manager. Continuous excuses by the office manager and lack of professionalism. All I ask if for a simple refund for the full amount I was due rather than being given the run around.

This office is amazing. Dr. Pham is kind, supportive, and very detailed. Her office staff is so polite and helpful. I highly recommend.

I had a great visit. Everything was explained to me completely. The only thing that I was afraid of was having my eyes dilated and driving. I had sunglasses in my car and I was fine. The office was clean and everyone was very nice.

The entire staff is welcoming and personable. Peter is always helpful (and patient) assisting with my seleciton of frames and sunglasses. The professionalism and excellent customer service have led me to refer this office to several clients.
