Needed a new eye doctor as I'm new to the area. The exam was quick and easy, insurance accepted as well. Dr. Irvine herself was fantastic. She did a great job of explaining things as the exam went on, so I knew exactly what to expect and walked away with a better understanding of my vision than ever. She's very knowledgable and personable. I strongly recommend her.

Very friendly staff. I have confidence in the testing procedures and the doctor. Always prompt service and questions answered concisely.

my daughters prescription was increasing every year until we found this doctor, every year it kept getting worse and it was only at sur eye care where we finally learned about myopia control and my daughter uses orthokeratology lenses with a now stable prescription and we are so happy. our other family members are on atropine and misight all of which are at sur eye highly recommend

Just started as a new patient a few months ago and have been very happy with the care that I have received. Very nice office (can take a few extra minutes to find it, so allow for that).

My wife and I do not have enough good things to say about this vision center. Our toddler had some undiagnosed eye problems which led us to this clinic. Every single staff member through Dr. Packwood are so welcoming and compassionate. Our son LOVES his checkups because he knows and talks about how sweet everyone is there (Jennifer especially). Dr. Packwood is an amazing doctor and we could not be more thankful for his help! Also, the help we received upstairs when picking out frames and designs for our son was a great experience. The help we had up there matches the support and compassion we received downstairs. We will only purchase our glasses for our son here.

Dr. Gerwin was amazing. His office is the best organized I have ever experienced, and there was literally no delay between diagnosis and treatment (once, he found the tear and did the laser repair minutes later; the other eye he found the detachment Sunday night and I had surgery Monday morning). I cannot recommend him more strongly.

Dr. was very knowledgeable and concerned, he advised a follow up visit to monitor the progress of the Antibiotic. The Dr. Advised me to give him a call if I had any concerns.

Everyone at Royal Vision were very professional and friendly in their roles to Service me. The eye exam was very impressive with the latest technology and skills of the technicians and Doctor Perrino.

The staff there are really friendly! I went to the location in Holland Ohio and I was in a panic because I lost all of my contacts in my travel there and since I am from out of state I wasn’t sure if I was able to get my prescription with no issues. They were able to get me in and out right away! Highly recommend this location!
