The team was very nice, Dazie, Sara and Dr. Guerrero. I was seen at my exact time of my appointment. Took their time and ease my sense of worrying. Dazie and Sara are awesome!!

100% they gave a rude & rasict customer service demeanor. When you snicker in a different language in front of a customer after a price is questioned, or when you don't buy their frames, it's probably going to be offensive. The doctor was nice but the office staff was rude, wearing Hello Kitty sweat pants under a lab coat, and unprofessional.

If I could this Dr would get no stars. We have been using the Dr at Target and have been paying an insurance co pay of $10.00 for the exam. My daughter received and exam from Puntney today and her exam was $45.00. Since we have been paying …

Dr. Lu is the best! Been going to her for over 10 years and always get the best service from her and her staff! She’s very knowledgeable, will do their best to find you discounts, just top notch all around. Highly, highly recommended. Make sure you SEE her.

Dr. Hogan in the optometrist office was amazing. I definitely recommend him for your next eye exam.. Then I went next door to Visionworks to get new glasses and both of the ladies that helped me on multiple days, I had to come back due to personal reasons, were very nice, supportive, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hogan and Visionworks to my family and friends and I'm sure I'll be back next year.. Customer service was AMAZING!

Scheduled and arrived on time for my visit because walk ins take longer according the the front office. Sat in the lobby for 55 minutes and no one ever called for my name or let me know what the hold up was. I don’t know if the doctor doesn’t show up until later in the day but if he’s not normally in for the times scheduled don’t schedule patients that early. Maybe services are better in the afternoon but I won’t be taking my chances to find out.

I don't live near this office anymore but i still drive ways to see Dr. Pettit. He is highly competent and a sweetheart! His state of the art exams check beyond vision. He can tell if I have high blood pressure or any other general issues with my health. His staff takes care of me and my family as well.
