So, my first time there wasn’t so stellar. I deleted that review after going back for the rescheduled surgery. Mistakes happen sometimes, I understand that. Moving forward, this surgery made up for everything! I cannot say a bad word about anything. The staff had me in my room about twenty minutes after first arriving! The biggest positive was the knowledge they presented. I came in with an anxious mind, that changed after just a little bit of time. The staff, anesthesia dept and surgeon, Doctor S. Gordon, we’re amazing! Their knowledge and thoroughness made me feel at ease. They constantly checked on me and got me everything asked for. The night shift nurse with the southern accent as thick as mine, was so cool! Beyond that, the surgery went quite well. I came in with substantial hearing loss, my quality of life was pretty horrible with that. It’s my first day of recovery and my hearing has already changed so much for the better! I look forward to the next month when everything should be at an optimal level. Thank you again for changing my life for the better! All I have to do is schedule another surgery for my next ear. This next time though, I will come back with confidence in knowing their ability and standards exceeds most other hospitals in this area. Kind regards, ~Shane Gilliam

A very high tech eye test administered by a friendly optometrist with great people skills. The who staff was right on point too!

Pleasant eye appointment. And large selection of eyewear. It's a few blocks away from my place and easy to get to by foot, bus or rail (cap hill station). Added: Just picked up my eyeglasses. Took less than two weeks. Optician tools extra care to get the feel and fit right for me even with all my quirks. Dr. Bhatt was great at explaining changes to my vision and answering my questions.

Best place ever to take care of your eyes. Top of the line equipments and personnel. Dr Adriazola is a very kind and knowledgeable Optometrist Physician. The rest of the tech and office personnel are very educated, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Thank you.

I left each appointment with Dr. Yazdanyar frustrated, overwhelmed, and confused. He did not answer my questions clearly or adequately, and he would say contradictory things at different appointments. He only offered one treatment option and would not accept any discussion or pushback from me. He shamed me for my weight (despite never once weighing me or asking about my eating/exercise habits). Furthermore, I do not think he adequately communicated with my other providers. It was difficult to get my imaging and records sent to another office. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is his staff is nice.

Could not be more thankful for being able to see again.. the color and every thing is so Wow... I recommend them for any one that needs herp very professional nice friendly staff was done and in and out Thay offer transportation to and frome for a small fee very satisfied with them.... Thank you!!!!!!!

Highest quality care, professional team, outstanding results. - If you're considering laser vision correction, this is a premier location for that in the Bay Area. Update almost 7 years after my surgery: I had PRK on both eyes to correct myopia, zero side effects after the initial healing period, no issues with dry eyes, still have 20/20 vision.

Most worst customer service I ever had I have a strong prescription and that Indian lady was laughing at how strong it was she was not helpful and very rude to me I took my business else where and will never return here go to the wal mart on 92 and Sheridan it’s privately owned optical and waaaay better pricing and customer service! She needs to be fired!!!!!!!

Doctor Kurz , took time to explain the upcoming surgery and answered all questions and concerns I had. Eye is healing well after cataract was removed, can see clearer now than with my glasses, look forward to having him remove the right eye cataract. Surgery procedure was painless and quick, great medical team

Dr. Liang is a good doctor. He did an amazing Cateract surgery on me. I can see clearly on the same day. I didn't feel a thing from my surgery. Good job Dr. Liang. I highly recommand my friends to him.
