Had a wonderful experience at office. It is very big, clean and accommodating. I took my 96 year old grandma. They had chairs with arm rests to easily get up from (something my granny needs,) big spacious bathroom for walkers or wheelchairs. The staff was super friendly and the eye doctor was very knowledgeable, understanding and super helpful and sweet with my grandmother. I would definitely recommend this place

Very pleasant and patient staff, helpful every step of the way. Dr. Esposito takes his time and does very thorough eye exams, goes far beyond professional experiences of the past. Very easy to work with.

I have never had such a fantastic experience buying prescription glasses before. I had the best, most experienced and personable young lady help me. I can only compare her to a an expert sommelier. She listened to what I was looking for and delivered several pairs of fashionable glasses for me to try. After an easy comparison of all of the pairs she offered that were the style I requested, it was so easy to choose the winners. Rena then very clearly told me of all of the options that were available without ever trying to upsell me like they do at all of the other stores I have been to. I was completely satisfied and would recommend Warby Parker to everyone who is looking for new glasses. They are very reasonable and fashionable with amazing warranties and service.

I had my cataract surgery together with eye sight corrections done by Dr. Choi about 5 years ago. It was the best thing I ever did for myself. I mean the quality of life changed for the best. Dr. Choi is personable, humble down to earth, and best of all, very caring for his patients. I chose his clinic because I heard his reputation, and the result was amazing without any negative results that I heard from so many people who had the same procedure. The only thing is that he is so popular that it takes some time to get you booked, but I think it’s well worth the time for the wait. I, as his patient, highly recommend him if you needed the best eye care.

Very considerate staff and caring! My nurse, Shadow, got an Iv in my right wrist with no bruising!!! She’s the first person to be able to do that in years!! And I appreciate Dr. Meyers talking about what he was doing as things proceeded. Very reassuring! Professional and caring staff. Thank you all!

I have been going to an optometrist for over 4 years in elk grove area, recently moved closer to South Sac/ Valley Hi area so decided this one was closer and tried to make it home. Scheduled an appointment which was seamless, the day of the appointment arrived at the office and it might have just been me, but I sorta felt like the staff was short with me. I came in explaining I had been going to "such and such" office on the other side of Elk Grove and was talking about my family recently moving but it fell on deaf ears. No big deal took it in stride then the first line of help, you know the preliminary assessments she was down right rude. Very rushed and seemed like I was jus another number to hurry up and get through the process (NOT a family friendly experience).... now came time to deal with the doctor, he was definitely a tool in high school. Like the type of personality where he has to be right about everything and doesn't want anyone's thoughts except his. I didn't feel welcomed as a patient. These aren't even the bad notes... let's get to it, it took over a month to get my glasses. They were delayed due to factory error then when they did come in it was the wrong prescription, the entire experience with Laguna Family Eyecare was just horrible. I do not recommend and will not EVER go there again. I'll give the extra miles even with these gas prices, too the other office.
Every Review metters. See what people say about clinics.
