I called weeks ago and set an appointment just for me to arrive this morning and the doors are locked and no one is answering when I call

I went in for a routine exam and some questions about trying out progressive lenses. The staff were super helpful and got me through the basic tests quickly, the Dr. Pham did my exam and impressed me with how she listened and gave really helpful answers to my questions, as well as explaining the exam results and giving me information about some things to look out for based on my level of nearsightedness. I'm definitely planning to go back here next year!

I've been using myeyedr locations for years. This past July was the 1st time I'm been completely disappointed. I waited an 1hour to be seen. I'm making this comment here in October because I've yet to get my contacts. I'm a 1st time contact wearer and apparently have the worst vision know to man kind and required a custom order or something. Okay, cool beans. However, not once was i given a heads up that there's a possibility that 3 months later I still wouldn't have my order. I was given 'close enough' contacts the day of my appointment and wore them 30 days. I checked on my order and ONE EYE is complete and the other is not. So I was given a 'trial set'. That trial is done for because one of them ripped today. I honestly just want my money back but I'm not even gonna bother because since they're custom order contacts, I know they'll fight me over it. I'm gonna just continue to wait, now at 3 months, and find a more reputable optometrist going forward. This whole experience had ruined contacts as a whole for me which is super sad because when I have them in, I actually love them.

Excellent doctor, horrible front office. If you are willing to wait well past your scheduled appointment time, and you can tolerate apathetic and uncaring front office staff, and if you're OK with seeing a different assistant every visit, Dr. Kaur herself is an excellent physician. However, there are other excellent ophthalmologists in the area with far more competent office staff.

Update - your office NEVER tried to accommodate me! That is not accurate. Last year I was notified the day before or two days prior that you have to cancel on an emergency except it was because you were on vacation. When you canceled on me a few days ago again this year, the secretary said she was just made aware. When I scheduled the appointment 2 months in advance, I specifically asked about scheduling my daughter and myself in and I had explained what had happened last year. I also had stated that my daughter is in college out of state and her schedule is really busy. Your office never tried to accommodate me because it was clarified several times that my daughter was out of state and the only appointment this secretary try to accommodate me on was for the same week when my daughter was not available after I had made this clear. I had stated once again that my daughter is out of state in college and I picked a day that would work for her mainly. How awful that not only do you cancel last minute but also state inaccuracies how your office works. This is disgusting. Busby Eye Care in Bergenfield is AWFUL!! 2nd year in a row they cancelled last minute when it falls on SPRING BREAK. I even explained that my daughter has a tight schedule between being in college and out of state. This is NOT how you run a business. And telling me a few days before --- NOT ACCEPTABLE

The vision tester at this clinic was incredibly rude. When the patient answered her questions earnestly, she lost patience, telling her she needed to finish quickly as she had many other patients to treat. Then, she rudely slammed a blindfold over the patient's glasses. When the doctor came out, he sided with the employee without asking any questions, showing absolutely no sense of right or wrong. In my nearly thirty years in New York, this is the first time I've encountered such a clinic and doctor; they are completely untrustworthy. This clinic shows absolutely no respect for elderly patients; it's terrifying! 😱

Dr. Simone has been amazing with my elderly aunt. He is kind, compassionate, and very skilled at his job. The assistants have been equally skilled and also showed compassion. All in all, this is a very professionally run office. I have been very impressed.

I want to thank James for fixing my glasses that I bent, free of charge, and for the prompt professional service of the staff here. Thanks all!

Everything was very good regarding my surgery. The only problem I had was my surgery was almost cancelled because I didn't bring someone I knew with me to accompany me. I had a ride share but since he wasn't a friend or family member I had to get find somebody last minute who was or my surgery wouldn't of gotten cancelled. Luckily I was able to reach someone and I had my surgery. I don't think that was made to clear to me to bring someone I knew with me. Thank you

Great eye doctor. Fantastic staff. All were pleasant, personable, and very knowledgeable. The flow from one technician to the next and seeing how they cover for each other if a walk-in becomes priority proved to me that this is a great place to receive care and to work which says volumes. I never felt rushed as they actually listen and take the time to fully understand. Prices are fair. You will not feel like just another number. Nice selection of frames. Attentive to details you express as a patient. University Park Vision Center provides the quality care and personal atmosphere rarely seen these days. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Wermuth upon retirement for finding a wonderful person to continue the legacy of the excellent service you provided for so many years. Highly recommend.

Everyone was amazing. Gary and the nice young woman in the front desk that help me pick the exact pair of glasses I wanted. Was very helpful. Definitely would recommend Rosemead Optical.
