Thorough exam by knowledgeable staff. I had switched from another place. Had no idea I was not getting complete care until Midwest did their standard exam. Hands down the better choice. Plus explanation of results. That’s a bonus to me.

They called on 10/4 to let me know my glasses were ready for pick up, they hung up as soon as I answered. I called right back they answered but forwarded me to hold immediately. I waited 5 min. I hung up called back they answered got my info put me on hold 18 plus min. I called back on a private number and when they answered I asked them why they are so inefficient all the lady could say was "their very busy , your glasses are ready. Have a nice day." and hung up. When I picked up my glasses 10/5, the lady I believe is new gave me a smile with a glare and nodded as if she was the one who took my call the day before I said "Yea you knew exactly who I am, you were the one on the phone yesterday." She got my glasses, I noticed they were scratched. I let her know and she denied it by saying it was a smudge from the cloth!!! I had no problems with any of the staff beforehand. But I'd rather find a new office at this time.

My wife needed help with her glasses, which fit her face too tightly. We took a "shot in the dark" and tried Target's Optical center. When we arrived, Cindy greeted us, she was immediately friendly and polite. My wife explained the issue, and Cindy was very happy to help us. She quickly and expertly adjusted the glasses using a specialized heat tool. The glasses ended up fitting her face perfectly after a few minutes of work. Cindy asked about our day, and engaged in "small talk" with us about our cat. She made the experience pleasurable, and it is obvious she has excellent customer service skills. Cindy was absolutely amazing, and did everything in her power to make sure that we had a wonderful experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to a friend, and I view Cindy as a great asset to this company. She is AMAZING!!!

As always a great experience with Dr Coffin, he’s thorough and listens. He always gets it right. Wendy in the Optical Department and Cyndi with Contacts are amazing. They found me the right glasses and contacts for the best price and used my insurance to its max potential.

Father had cataract surgery on both eyes... Both visits were kind, friendly, efficient and professional. They asked over and over again which eye they will be working on, marked the eye, bandaged the other eye... They took no chances for error. They gave him a business size reference card pertaining to his cataract surgery and lens/implant information. Plenty of parking in shade for patients... Or nearby. Chairs and waiting room. It"s not ideal for a larger person but does accommodate most. Picking up a patient is left of the main door (from the outside) just drive up, go inside and let them know you're there, and off you go.

I have been to this place for my eye exam twice during the last two years. The doctor is very professional and extremely knowledgeable taking care of the patient’s needs. She uses sophisticated equipments to perform a very thorough examination. I was very satisfied with her evaluation and explanation of my condition. For all the work that she put into it, there is no comparison with other places I have gone to in the past. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Ford for his knowledge & expertise in providing excellent care of my eyes and vision. He and his staff are professional, personable, and passionate about delivering the best care and service to each of their patients.

I highly recommend Dr. Cassie Baker. She was patient with our child for the entire exam and explained everything very thoroughly to us. Maria and Alyee were great at helping us at intake and fitting his glasses as well. Tim was quick and efficient by replacing his lenses immediately that day with lenses they had in stock. The whole appointment from start to finish took one hour for the intake, exam, fitting, and replaced his current lenses to update his prior prescription. Amazing staff! We will be using them again!

Amazing Optometrist! They literally got me in the same day last minute before they close! I went in at 4:15pm today and walked out with 2 boxes of new contact lenses! They are also really adorable! I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Both my husband & I had our eyes checked by Dr. Puzio. He was very kind, helpful, patient with all our questions. Very informative. We are defiantly going to keep him as our eye doctor. Thank you.

I am a long-time customer of over 20 years, and this is how I’ve been treated. I went in to have my glasses adjusted, and a staff member broke my glasses right in front of me — then later denied that they broke them. I rely on my glasses to see. My vision is very poor, and having functional, properly fitting glasses is not optional for me. What was taken from me that day was my ability to see clearly. As a “temporary” solution, I was given off-brand frames that are completely inadequate compared to my original frames, which were valued at around $300 and purchased from this center. The replacement frames do not fit my head properly, and worse, my lenses do not even fit them — they constantly pop out, making them unsafe and unusable. I was told nearly two months ago that I would be getting new glasses, yet I am still waiting. My calls have gone unanswered, voicemails have not been returned, and I am still actively trying to get this issue resolved. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and upsetting, especially given how long I’ve been a customer here.
