New to the area, I went in simply for a new pair of Rx sunglasses and exam. The ophthalmologist found a rare problem, knew what it was, and the best place for me to be seen. After seeing a specialist he told me I should thank Dr. Harris for saving my eye site! I would enthusiastically recommend them and have, because I am so grateful for their knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. Great people!

Horrible! My baby girl was scheduled to be seen at 2:30 and we ended up just leaving when it hit 5, it’s just so inconsiderate and unprofessional! While we were waiting we heard another patient say she was leaving because she also had been there for more than 2 hours waiting endlessly! So disrespectful! Shouldn't schedule more patients than he can handle! And we heard him while he consulted with other patients in the room beside us, he has very poor people skills! Don’t waste you day forgotten in his waiting room!

This was my sons first time to try contacts, they scheduled a “teach” appt and were so patient and helpful! I highly recommend for teenagers first contact appt!

Expert care, friendly service. Very accommodating. My doctor had 2 month waiting list. Got me in same day for a serious issue. This is my new place!

I brought my dad who was visiting from abroad. He had a traumatic eye injury and Dr Sze attended to my father and demonstrated an absolute depth of knowledge and utmost professionalism. Since my dad was returning to his home country soon, Dr Sze ran diagnostics, explained the likely cause and prognosis, and recommended getting a MRI after my dad had arrived home. The MRI eventually confirmed Dr Sze’s suspicions. We were able to get a same day appointment too and the charge was reasonable. Thank you to Dr Sze and his office staff! You made such a difference for my dad’s visit, and we are so grateful and appreciative.

Fast service, friendly staff, and the doctor has a lot of experience in the field. Overall great place.

Had the worst experience at this place. The Dr. was very pushy on me taking the retinal photos for $20 since he “didn’t want to dilate me since they were closing soon.” The exam took less than 3 minutes and didn’t even check the health of my eye at all. The optician was extremely rude and got mad when i let her know i wasn’t going to purchase glasses that day. When i asked her if my boyfriends prescription had changed she said “that is something he should’ve asked the dr” in the worst attitude. Definitely made me not want to come back. Stay away until they work on their customer service.

Very thorough eye exam, did not have to wait very long. Found a condition with my retina in addition to the cataracts I already knew about. Very grateful for their full attention to detail. Will be following up very quickly with a Retina Specialist.

The doctor was great but I had a bad experience with Tiffany. I am not sure what her title is but she was very rude. I needed to pick up my trial contacts and finish my appointment with the doctor. I didn't get a call saying they were in. When I went to get them she said I had to have an appointment even though I told her what the doctor said. She told me if they worked for me there was no reason to come back. She is not a doctor.

Very organized and clean, smooth running experience. I like Dr Stephens MD. Quick to evaluate though listened to concerns

The staff members were clueless and nice up until i disputed my bill then they were ready for an argument. I went in for a simple eye exam and glasses which both were covered by my insurance with the exception of my $10copay. So I was confused at how I was being charged almost $200 dollars 👀.They moved me through that office so fast my head was spinning. One girl was helping customers(verifying info and more)in the back while talking to someone on speaker on her phone…(HIPAA VIOLATION). The staff at the front were rushing to finish the day so I believe they must have confused my total. After I asked what was I being charged for again because in my head it was 2+2=4 but they were obviously padding my visit. I have filed a grievance against them for these reasons. I will never go back to visionworks..ever.
