The office is clean and quiet. Toys and books to keep the kids entertained while you wait. The receptionist is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The doctors and his assistants are great with the kids. My busy three year old sat through an exam for over an hour because of the doctors demeanor with him. Found out my son was blind in one eye. Worked out a treatment plan and my son is regaining his vision. Best experience! I would recommend this office to anyone.

I can honestly say the experience that I had with this office was nothing less than amazing. Dr. Koonce was informative during my visit and she seems to be very knowledgeable in her field. She was friendly, pleasant and showed patience throughout my appointment. Overall my visit was great. A big thanks for your superior customer service!

I would love to give this place a better review, but the Sandy office has definitely gone down hill in the last year or so. Dr Fellows is however amazing, very knowledgeable and spends time discussing everything with you and answering any questions or concerns you have. The office staff however is awful. They try and up sale you, steering you to more costly options of glasses and lenses. They demeanor is rude. The office staff is not knowledgeable and leave you with more questions. They also have a habit of billing for services you didn't receive and rude when ask about them. Their selection of glasses are subpar. If you only need your eyes checked and possibly ordering contacts (though they have a habit of not notifying you when your products come in, even though you have paid outright for them)then I would still recommend just for the doctor. As for glasses my suggestion is getting a copy of your prescription and go elsewhere.

Dr. Liang just performed cataract surgery on my left eye. It was extremely successful and my vision is now around 20/20. He'll be operating on my right eye in two weeks and I expect the same results. Dr. Liang and his staff are true professionals! They are thorough and the staff supporting Dr. Liang is friendly and ensures that all forms are completed correctly and that scheduling is handled properly. I would recommend Dr. Liang's practice to everyone!

The two ladies working the front were unbelievably rude. Never had such a bad experience, very unprofessional. Definitely will not be returning. Multiple members of my family are seen here as well and after my experience they will not be returning either.

Update: They are sending me a free trial of lenses. Pros: Friendly, fast, clean spaces, option to do dilation or picture. Very little wait time. Con: Had to pay a "fitting" fee for contacts but did not receive a trial pair to fit. Never had that happen in all my 20+ years of wearing contacts. At my previous office they offered me a comparable pair so I was not paying $40 for nothing. This place did not do that. For that reason alone I am deducting a star. Well, 1.5 stars but that isn't an option.

Dr. Goerke is awesome! I love that she remembers personal details about my life, like my grandkids. Gestures like that make a person feel comfortable and less like just another patient. It shows she actually cares about the people she sees.

My girlfriend and I get our glasses from Russ and only Russ! He’s the man best you’ll find for the price and quality. Dr. Lauro is amazing best eye doctor around. You want the dream team to get the best glasses or contacts this is your place. We are happy customers

I brought my 90+ yrs old parents in for their eye exams. Dr Lester Jung took the time and care in the Refraction Test for their eyes. All my parents could talk about the rest of the night after leaving Dr Jung’s office was how kind he was, how he spend time with them, not just for the thorough eye exam, but that he also explained to them things they didn’t know about their eyes and the condition. At their age, they have visited all kinds of doctors and specialists throughout their lives and more often, in these past few months… so when they expressed they both left feeling well cared for by Dr. Lester Jung, then that’s an A+.
