Very disappointed. Long time patient with an urgent recurring issue and cant get a timely appointment. Guess I'll be moving on. They've been great up to now. Sad.

Great eye doctors and staff. Lots of frames to pick from. Moderate in price. Expensive without a vision plan IMO.

From the moment I walked into LensCrafters in Exton, PA, I was warmly greeted by Sahar, who made me feel right at home. Then I met Dr. Hakki, and this was hands down the best optical visit I’ve ever had! She was funny, direct, and so knowledgeable — I learned things about my eyes I never knew. My visit ended with Alyssa, who was amazing! She found every discount possible and made me feel completely confident in my choices. Such a wonderful, caring team — I left with a big smile!!!

He is a very good person and a caring man. He always makes the visits fun and he shows an interest in you and your family. Okay Paul I wrote what you asked me to now when do I get paid? I’m just kidding on the last part but I told him I was going to put that in when I wrote his review to keep him humble. All kidding aside he’s a great doctor and an even better man.

Very honest and forthcoming. I only wish I had found his place sooner. Staff is incredibly kind and very educated in their fields. I can't say enough about the integrity of this business and the staff.

Clint Tran is a rude trashy person. Watch out for him. This arrogant piece of garbage is the lowest of the low.

The Dr was friendly and knowledgeable, but I felt she was more interested in selling me wipes and supplements. I also didn’t appreciate that when she asked if I had met my deductible and my answer was yes, she had them do an eye test a second time so she could bill insurance. The staff in the lobby was the same, their first question was if I was interested in purchasing frames for my slight vision correction.

Hire better receptionists. Kinda sad that a secretary would be so rude over the phone.... but can’t expect much in Mass..

I just had the best, most thorough eye exam ever. This was my first experience at Tally Eye, Dr. Erin Neal, at the Costco Vision Center. I learned more about my eyes and eye care than I had imagined. Dr. Neal explained every step of each procedure and explained the why/why not in my long-term eye care. Then I left her office to find a super patient and helpful staff with my selection of prescription glasses. The cherry on top of the experience was that my new glasses were half the price I paid in the past. When I was told the total cost, I said, “Wow! That’s a lot less than I had expected!” The counter service person simply said, “Welcome to Costco Vision.”
Every Review metters. See what people say about clinics.
