I needed a new pair of glasses and decided to give My Optical Shop a try. I called and scheduled an appointment with Sherill. Sherill was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great frame. Great selection of frames, Loving my new glasses!

Mass Eye and Ear has been there for me since I first came into their ER either what turned out to be a very dangerous form of glaucoma. A week later, when my blurry vision wasn’t going away, I went back to the ER and was told I may have retinal attachment. The next morning, at 10 am on a Saturday, Dr Vavvas the head of the Retina department came over to the hospital, introduced himself to me with a smile and a warm handshake, and proceeded with his colleagues to perform a partial vitrectomy. I owe my sight to Mass Eye and Ear. Five stars.

Never again will my family go here. The doctor is nice enough, seems qualified. However, the tactics to squeeze a few more dollars out of a client are awful. For an appointment booked on the same day, they spring an extra $25 fee on you when checking out. No mention of the fee when the appointment is scheduled, nor when checking in, just when leaving. It is claimed as a fee for an “emergency”, even if nothing was an emergency. It was just an appointment slot available on the same day you called. The justification is that this fee was explained in a document you signed, and not one you signed that day, but one signed upon your first visit, even if that visit was six months ago. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.

I have been a patient of Dr Ward for years and he has taken good care of my eyes and vision! He is very professional and personable, and instills trust and calmness during my visits.

Another great experience at College Optical! I bought some RayBan sunglasses from CO about a year ago. Brought them in for an adjustment today. Excellent customer service and lovin’ the adjustment!

I was seen by Dr Lee last week and have to say she was very kind and thorough. I was seen in urgent care for floaters and the doctor paged her. she was kind enough to get me in same day. She saved me a trip to ER. She did a complete exam of my eye and gave recommendations. She consistently followed up with me the following few days after the visit which I really appreciated. I can already see an improvement. Very grateful to Dr. Lee and her staff. Will definitely be recommending her to friends if they ever need an eye specialist. Thank you 🙏
