The staff was fantastic, they greeted me kindly and helped me find exactly what I needed. The staff member Moon really helped boost my confidence with her pick in glasses. She is very talented and personable , I walked in after having a rough day and she helped me leave with a smile on my face. I get compliments daily on the glasses I purchased . Eyedeal Vision is a great office from the receptionist, eye doctor, eye glass technician. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection of frames. They took their time helping pick out my frames. I highly recommend Eyedeal Vision.

Excellent customer care! The eye exam was very thorough. Mickie was great and answered all my questions. She’s friendly, professional and knowledgeable taking time to explain everything so it’s easy to understand. With the exceptional customer service, I’ll be returning there for all my vision needs.

I really enjoyed my experience with Advanced Eye Care. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped with, wasn’t even waiting 5 minutes and I was taken to the back. The ladies who took care of me really knew what they were doing and so friendly! Once, I was waiting for the DR not even 5 minutes later and she was in. Really loved her. I really want to thank the staff for being so kind and gentle, had my one year old with me and he was kinda upset but the staff were very patient and understanding. Thank you all! Will definitely be coming back!

What a wonderful office. I was able to see the doctor at the time of my appointment-which for a medical practice is always a bonus. Linda, the professional that helped me find glasses was amazing. She was patient and informative as I strived to achieve my new look! I would definitely recommend this practice.

I’ve been coming to this office since 2018 and the service has always been great. The doctor and her staff are always delightful and courteous. I have gotten both contact lens and eye glasses exams here and it’s always an easy process. Now, they send your prescription via email so it’s easy to access it whenever you need it or easily upload it to websites if buying contacts or glasses online.

I came here from my parents’s compliment, they good had good experiences at this office in the past. As I also works in the medical field, I am generally very understanding of the challenges and 'controlled' chaos of a busy clinic. However, the customer service during my visit was disappointing. I was left waiting for over 20 minutes while the staff and doctor were busy with ordering food. Meanwhile, another doctor appeared to be prioritizing social time with friends over patient care. I understand that breaks and personal connections are necessary, but they shouldn't come at the expense of a patient's time—especially when that patient was referred by loyal clients. I expected the high level of professionalism my parents raved about, but unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.
