Vanessa and Jenny who worked in the glasses dpt were amazing. I was late to my appt and they were still so helpful and nice. Sherry and Dr. J who performed my eye exam were very helpful and kind as well. I cant believe how well everything was priced and how fast everything went too!

If you want honesty, DO NOT choose this location. Depending on who you are, the older woman will add on a $75 co pay when there is no co pay. If you want real honesty and a pleasant experience, go to the Cohen's in Roosevelt Field. That's where I chose to go. Don't even waste your time going to this place.

I was in 20/20 Eye Care for an exam this week and as usual had a very professional yet relaxed appointment. From the delightful always helpful Dawn the Office Manager to the Doctor herself. I have been a patient there many a years and have had nothing but a pleasant time each and every appointment. Even though this year is slightly different with the limited amount allowed within the facility to Dawn disinfecting each and every pair of glasses right after a person tries them on, to the way patience's are scheduled apart. I did have to wait a few minutes passed by appointment time which was alright because it gave me time to look and try on the new trendy frames with the help of Dawn and her keen eye of what frames look good on the face. I recommend 20/20 Eye Care for anyone looking for a great eye Doctor and a warm and friendly environment S. George Windsor, CT

Dr Gullingsrud’s assistant Amy was very nice and polite as she ran her battery of tests. Dr Gullingsrud finished additional testing. He explained in clear language the results of his tests and then gave a diagnosis of my key eye issues.

Dr. Howard was amazing! He was very personable and made you feel comfortable. I highly recommend him for all of your eye care needs.

Ive been here twice in the past few months , i have state insurance and they charged me a copay i shouldnt of had to pay. Dont pay anything . Call your insurance first. They have frames available for free through your insurance they just dont tell you. Beware of fraud and they have a no refund policy! My apointment was at 12:45 i wasnt seen until 2:30.. the service was awful . The staff is rude & the only nice one is the guy. Dont go here find somewere else your insurance can find you better .

I am very grateful that I found Dr Adam to perform my eye surgery. I had an unusual problem that needed his very skilled and professional knowledge to correct. He assured me on our first visit that he would be able to help me, and he absolutely did. I have had an excellent result. Dr Adam is not only very skilled, but also a delightful person, kind and caring. You couldn’t find a better or nicer doctor to take care of your eyes. I have great confidence in Dr Adam!

My kids get seen here, and the optometrist seems nice, but the girl behind the front desk is rude. Very unprofessional. I came in to buy my daughter a new pair of glasses because they broke for the third time and chose not to deal with the receptionist's attitude, so I left; I'll be buying my daughter's new pair somewhere else. Mind you this isn't the first time I've had to deal with her attitude, it's every time I come in.

Dr. Hwang is a great, attentive physician who takes the time to go over all your questions and concerns. Definitely sending friends and family this way.

Called for an appointment and asked for Dr. Gullett because of my interactions with him with a friend years before. Got in that day. Very professional and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend Dr. Gullett to anyone.
