IF at all possible try to avoid using Acuity. They do provide quick service in getting you a doctor’s visit. But after that things fall apart. I had asked for a refill on one of my drops. The pharmacy had already sent them a message to approve a refill. The pharmacist asked that I should also call them because she stated Acuity is not the best at responding quickly. So I called Acuity enquired about the request the pharmacy had made. When they started to when and about what drops, I knew things had fallen through the cracks. So I stated that I needed a refill for just one month. That would cover me for during my overseas trip. They said it had to be approved by the doctor. Ok, but the doctor was expected in for the day. I explained that I would be leaving that Sunday. Of the doctor could respond then what?? What’s another alternative, especially since it Friday morning . She said to give her the day to get things resolved. The results No refill nor any further communication. Their inefficiency speak volumes about how they treat their clients. So good luck using them.

Just went there today for my first visit. I was very happy with them. Everyone was very sweet and gracious. The doctor was nice and very thorough in his exam. The lady I talked with while choosing my frames was very patient with me and so nice while I was deciding on frames for 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again. PS...Pardon the username... My son must have went and changed it. (YIKES)

The staff was incredibly polite and courteous and got me right in. Dr. Nguyen was awesome; Very thorough, informative, and personable! Ive always bought my contacts online but both the service, and prices here were awesome! I ended up getting my contacts and a new pair of glasses through them directly and couldn’t be happier.Definitely will be a patient/ customer for life!

I work in healthcare, so I know what standards should look like. Let me tell you, my expectations were blown away with Sango Eye Care. From checking in at the front desk (actually, from making my appt and then sending me my updated paperwork to fill out before my visit), to the very little wait time, and then the tech and Dr Jackson being extremely kind, thorough, and down right pleasant - this was the most seamless and enjoyable Dr appt I have likely ever had. I will never go to another eye clinic as long as I'm in Clarksville. More offices should take a look at how Sango Eye Care is operating and take some notes because they've got it down!

I recommend Q Vision highly. I recently had cataract surgery and was treated kindly and professionally by everyone from the front desk, the nurses, Dr. Q, and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Martin. They listen and value your concerns. Thank you for a positive experience!

I recently had a lasik consultation at this clinic, where Sergio served as my surgery coordinator. Right from the start, Sergio's explanations about the procedure options and process were exceptional. Last week, I underwent surgery performed by Dr. Bakewell, and I'm already amazed by the early results. The procedure was painless, and the confidence I had in the capable hands of the medical team put me completely at ease. Skip the hassle of lasik centers – this is where you want to be.

I am a retired ophthalmologist myself with macular degeneration and have been seeing Dr Wong for over 2 years with multiple injections. I think I have a pretty good idea of who is good and who isn’t in this field. Having said that, let me just say that Dr Wong is absolutely terrific both in terms of his medical skills, but also his compassion and understanding. You will not go wrong in choosing him for your retinal care. Here’s hoping he doesn’t retire any time soon!!

Everyone i came in contact with was friendly. Jasmine was very professional, courteous and made it easy to ask questions. She made it very comfortable to relax. I joked and said "I need to pinch you to see if you are real". I have been in the medical field 39 years.(I normally don't say anything about my profession to the staff). In my opinion, Jasmine is someone you want to help you. I'm not sure of her position, but whatever it is, she made my anxiety level very low. I love caring for others. I just don't care to be on the other end. Again I say Thank you, Jasmine for a job well done. I also want to thank Brenda at the front desk. She was very pleasant and kind. Some places needs more people like her to help with insurance ect.. .

He was very attentive and kind! He showed me everything and moved with efficiency. He was very informative and i learned a lot! Will be returning in a year to have my eyes checked by h again!
