Was referred here by my son in law. The receptionist was not warm or friendly but once I got past this step the office was outstanding. Dr Harper and his staff were very through, caring and friendly. I will absolutely be back and would refer people to them.

If I could give Dr. Gologorsky and the team at Miami Eye & Retina seven stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The front desk staff set the tone immediately. They were incredibly welcoming, professional and organized. I waited less than five minutes before being called back for my pre-evaluation. Angel, the technician who handled my initial exam was both knowledgeable and pleasant, walking me through a very comprehensive evaluation with ease. Following that, Dr. Gologorsky provided a thorough additional evaluation. I never felt rushed. He took the time to answer all of my questions with genuine patience and a wonderful bedside manner. It is rare to find a practice that balances high-level expertise with such a warm, patient-centered atmosphere. If you are looking for top-tier eye care in Miami Beach, look no further. Highly recommended!

Very understanding regarding a mix up with my scheduled appointment, also patience, informative and professional. As a senior citizen it's a pleasure being her patient/client as she is very deliberant with explanation of treatment, possible procedures and suggestions.

On Sunday, April 26th, 2021, I visited the store located at 4200 South Freeway in Fort Worth, Tx 76115. I approached one of the sales associates and asked a question in regards to a specific brand/model of glasses that I was looking for. He did not know what I was referring to so I took out my phone and showed him a picture. The associate stated that he did not have that specific model in store but had others made by the same brand. I asked the associate if he could show me and he began going to the area where this brand was located and then stopped, turned around and asked me if I had a mask. I answered the associate and told him that I did not have a mask. The associate snapped his fingers and pointed towards the front doors of the store and told me to get out of the store. The associate told me that it was the law for me to wear a mask. I informed him that there is no such law that requires me to wear a mask. I immediately asked for a manager and he stated that he was the manager. Then, I asked for the number to the corporate office and the associate told me that was none of my business. I politely requested the number again and the associate stated that they are not a corporation and that they were family owned and told me to get out of the store again. I said okay. I completely left the store and was walking away when the associate came to a different side door of the store and stopped me while I was walking in the general area of the mall and said here is the owner right here if you have a problem as he approached me with another gentleman. I began to inform the so called owner of what was previously stated by the associate and he immediately cut me off, spreaded his arm out sideways and asked me if I was mad bro. I informed him that I was not mad but if they were going to enforce a mask policy then they should apply the same policies to every customer in the store. The so called owner just kept repeating are you mad bro with his arms out as if he wanted to fight me. I began to point out customers that were not wearing a mask in the store including the one that was checking out at the register and he told me that he didn’t know anything about them because he was too busy counting his money bro. At that point, I began walking away because it was very obvious that this location lacks professionalism & customer service skills. The way that I was treated by the owner & manager of this store location was absolutely shocking and very disappointing. The behavior displayed by the so called owner completely justifies why the so called manager felt that he could talk to me any kind of way. Also, I do not appreciate being addressed by “bro”. These employees need some serious training. Not to mention, this incident occurred after being in the store for at least 15 minutes of looking around trying to find the glasses I wanted to buy. If there was a problem with me not having a mask then it should have been addressed from the time I walked into the store and I would have respected the company’s policies. I’m not sure if the company even has such policies because the associate only referenced a so called law that required me to wear a mask but never mentioned anything about company policies.

I have been a patient of Dr. Arar for almost 15 years and am happy to give him my highest ratings. He did my cataract surgery and it has been very successful. He’s a thoughtful patient man and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.

This clinic is a complete waste of time. My initial appointment was canceled because I was 15 minutes late even though I called them because I was having trouble getting to this clinic because google maps does not take you directly to the clinic. Now my son's appointment got rescheduled without notification. After we have already show up at the clinic. This is unacceptable. A one star cannot even by justified by how you run your clinic.

The gentleman that helps you with your insurance info and the optician were great. Unfortunately, my glasses frame arm only lasted 3 weeks and I do keep it in a case. To be fair my insurance only allowed a limited selection within about 40 or so frames but still this is just junk. Why sell them to people that have to trust your selections and judgment? Just three weeks later and NO glasses and NO repair unless you bought their insurance program which probably has deductibles. Offering such cheap flimsy frames will only lead to mistrust and loss of long-term relationships.

Tried calling multiple times, phone just hangs up or sounds busy. Zip code is different in Google Maps and Google Contacts address auto-correct... weird. Red flags. UHC lists this place at the top and as accepting new patients. I guess I'll try next one in line.
