I have been seeing Dr Jackson for over 30 years! Amazing right?? He is attentive and kind and goes into detail about your eyes and any resolution that can be offered. He is the BEST in my book. The con is the wait time. Although start to finish was about 1,5 hours, his service is well worth the wait.

Everyone who works here is great. All the staff is very welcoming and helpful. They are so upbeat and I always leave in a happy mood. DR K is very professional and caring. He will work with you until everything is right. I highly recommend using them.

Before I came here I was put off by the reviews of long wait times. It’s true, the waits can be long, but I think people are misunderstanding the structure of the facility. Some of the doctors are on triage and doing emergency eye care in between their regularly scheduled appointments. I’m willing to wait so that other people can get the vision-saving care they need. Dr. Newton is a fantastic, kind, and intelligent healthcare provider and she put me at ease even with scary results. She has a commitment to finding the root causes of your symptoms and getting you better. Thank you to Dr. Newton and her office. Your work is so appreciated!

Loved my experience. Doctor and staff were great. Staff is very professional and go above and beyond! Roxy made sure we understood everything and helped us in every step of our purchase. She made us feel very comfortable. Robert was very informative and assured me with my high prescription he could still make them look good and he did! They look amazing, no lens peeking outside my frames. Thank you to the team!

If you could find anywhere else, avoid this place. It barely opens, even during their “store hours”. Lunch hours are probably from 12-4, though claimed store hours are 9am-6pm. I don’t understand how this place got 5 star ratings. They had to issue me a refund, wouldn’t issue it unless I came here in person. When I called around 1-130, never answered the phone. Now I’m here at 320, a sign on the door saying “out to lunch”. Please be honest and put your exact hours as “store hours” so that I don’t waste my time.

The doctor seemed like a decent ophthalmalogist for the procedure I had. Long, long wait times, over two hours, at my office appointments there. The eyeglass prescription I was given was wrong. The exam was done by an assistant or technician, not the doctor. I had to have my eyeglasses redone after exam with another doctor. There are errors in my medical records from this office. This was my experience with this practice.

Dr Jahnle is very efficient and intelligent. He looks at every side of your problem and comes up with a solution. I have had very successful quality care here for years. You should try Dr J.

I was very impressed with the whole practice. I only had to wait a few minutes and the entire staff seemed very knowledgeable and quickly addressed my concerns and needs. Not only that, but everyone we were in contact with was very friendly and personable. It was just a pleasure (and relief!) to find a such wonderful new optholologist and staff to come to from now on for my eye care needs.

Amazing staff at this location! They are truly not just chasing your dollars and will bend backwards to help out wherever able. Thank you to the two great team members that helped me out with my broken Oakley frames last night, apologies for coming in last minute (I had just gotten off work) but I really appreciate the quick service as well as helping get my frames warrantied. Have never had a negative experience at your location!
