Walked in only to ask a few questions, and Brianna noticed my current glasses were crooked and falling off my face. Before leaving the store she asked if she could please adjust my frames to fit my face. That was very thoughtful of her, and I’m glad she noticed because I’ve been wearing them like this for months. Now they’re fitting and more comfortable to wear. I appreciate her lots

I highly recommend Dr. Chokshi and his team for ICL vision correction surgery. I travelled from West Palm Beach for him to do my surgery and couldn’t be happier with my results!

I had to have the radiation plaque therapy. I stayed at the Hope lodge. Through this I met other people going through the same thing as me. Rhonda schedules everyone to come to all appointments at the same time. She tells everyone to arrive for surgery at 5:30 a.m. my first surgery was at 10:30. Today I just found out my surgery is at 12:30 p.m. Tell me why the f@&$ we got to show up for surgery 7 hours early? I am very disappointed in the way you run things. I don’t have many other options to go to another doctor. Change your policy this is horrible and makes no sense!!! Dr. Wilson people have lives and you’re ridiculous to make people show up 7 hours before surgery.

Both Costco optical and the independent eye clinic were very disappointing. When it came to the eye exam it was very difficult to get the type of glasses I wanted and the towards the end of the appointment I asked if I could get a final look at what my prescription was going to be and the receptionist said no because they were about to close. It’s understandable that they were about to close but the doctor had made changes to to the prescription so I just want to see if it was going to be able to see. Due to this, the new prescription came out wrong and I had to go back again to get it fixed which could have been avoided and saved the doctor, the optical area and myself time. The Costco optical area was worse. After having to get it fixed, the lady (Martha) made a very rude and unwarranted comment about my prescription in English because she thought I couldn’t understood. The Costco optical manager(Steve) just laughed off the comment which I found very disrespectful. I was never disrespectful even after the rude comment made and was overall disappointed with the type of people they have working there. In the end, the prescription still came out wrong and will have to go to another clinic. Although I know Costco won’t read this, I write so that others do not go and so they can avoid this horrible experience.

The whole staff is the best of the best. The Milwaukee Grange location is awesome. Emma the EC took care of my order and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks again to Dr.Steve, Sue at the front desk and Jackie the tech for the excellent service and care. It was a pleasure to meet Kevin the EC as well.

I found this optometrist by looking at the lists from our insurance companies. They took both my & husband's insurance. We went in together & were seen right on time. Everyone was friendly. The doctor was fast (but not too fast) and efficient. They had all the newest equipment. Both of our Rxs had changed & our new glasses work great & look great too. Very happy with everything here & we will come back to get our eyes checked here next year.

Always have great service. The girl at the front desk is great with all of my girls. The doctor is very patient and so great with my kids of all ages.

I don't write reviews ever but i had to let people be aware of the horrible service at this place. This is the worst location to go to. They all give you different price quotes. They are very rude and don't care. I was given a price for my glasses 2 weeks prior and i called to pick up. I was told the glasses were ready and to come get them before 5pm. Once i got there, i asked for my glasses and was told they were not ready and did i get a call. I said yes earlier that day. I showed the girl my phone and number that called me and she asked me, i quote " who did you talk to, i responded i dont remeber the name and she said. Well you should have gotten the name of the associate. I was shocked, and to add to the insult, when i explained to her that i really needed my glasses and it was over 2 weeks she acted like it did not matter. They change prices constantly and when i asked an associate why, i was told Dr Barns comes up with the prices. Be aware service there is horrible. An to tjink we actually pay for this services.
