First time at this location and Dr Kelly was amazing. I have severe neck and back pain and it's hard to sit in one position very long. She was patient and understanding. The staff is amazing and can't wait to get my glasses in two weeks.

Great eye doctors and staff, they are very accommodating and you don’t have to wait too long to get an appointment! Good selection of glasses too but I checked some of their prices online and found cheaper prices for the same glasses so make sure to check online shops before buying a pair. But I got the lens of the glasses changed here.

I had an EMERGENCY eye infection and had called around a handful of places that couldn’t get me in for hours. I called here and they told me to come right in and they squeezed me in between Dr. Brown’s appointments. I am so thankful for Dr. Brown and her team, my eye is already feeling better and I’ll be coming back to get a complete eye exam in the coming weeks. The office was easy to access, clean and everyone working there was very friendly and understanding.

As always, a very thorough and professional and courteous eye exam experience. Dr. Fallin and his staff are great!

My eye exam was great. I had an eyeglass and contact lenses exam & really loved the service. The lady who did my eyeglass exam was very informative about what she was conducting on the exam when I asked. Dr. Lam is an awesome doctor who made me feel comfortable & even went over contact lenses that he thought would be a financially decision for me to select daily contacts since I seldom use contacts during the week so he advised that getting a set of good dailies would be the most practical since I rarely use them. He explained to me the life of contacts start once you open the contacts and the expiration date is different from when you open your contact lenses to use. The guy who helped me purchase my glasses was very helpful in explaining the new Transition lenses and which helped me select the type I wanted with ease. I definitely recommend getting an appointment at the Lens Crafters at the Ontario Mills shopping center. You won’t be sorry for coming.

So first off, let me be clear on the location I went to! I went to the newest one in Homestead in the shopping center of Publix & Party City (811 North Homestead Blvd.) From start to finish I had a 10/10 experience!!! 5++++ Stars! When I called they answered the phone immediately & politely. Informative. Currently as of 11/6/23 their eye exam for uninsured people is $59.99 & if you need glasses you can get two pairs for $79.99 eye exam included. Yes their are some logistics to the deal you can call them for that. Oh & I was able to get a same day appt.!! They are still only 2 mths. Open! So you’re truly in & out right now. The variety of glasses for this deal was not bad at all, I took quite sometime to pick a pair I liked because I’ve never worn glasses. Brody & Sujeily were AMAZING & patient!! & I finally picked my new reading glasses. My experience with the Dr. was top notch. I saw Dr. Arcia (female). She was lovely, took her time with me to get my very baby baby R/X correct. I had my eyes dilated (hell on earth not because of the staff lol they helped ease my discomfort the whole way, I just don’t like the burn you feel when drop falls in, but like everything you adapt!). The doctor seemed very knowledgeable even if she looked young, so don’t let that deter you. She looks like a young doctor, which is great for me it means fresh eyes to examine me. Very sweet & caring. Not a place that will treat you like a number. I HIGHLY recommend this location & staff. I had a great experience & I’m so glad my friend told me about America’s Best!!! In 2 weeks or less I will be called to pick up my new reading/computer glasses. PS. The staff was so good I had to take a picture lol & they offer this new tech to take a pic of your eye for a more in depth exam for just $20.

I have been going to see Dr. Portman for years. I moved away but still go to them. I always leave satisfied with everything. They are very patient and honest when it comes to choosing the right pair of eye glasses.

Dr Cronin was just amazing as usual! She took her time to answer all my questions with a smile! It seems like both she and her office have really gone out of their way to make this a positive experience I saw dr cronan today for an upcoming surgery…. As usual as usual, both she and her staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and efficient!….. I have total confidence in her for my up coming surgery… May 25 2022 Dr Cronin did my surgery today….. I’m still a little spaced from the anesthesia lol… but i still wanted to mention how happy I was with both her and her staff! They are absolute angels!….. I would never even consider going anywhere else and I can’t recommend her more highly!…. She has my complete faith and confidence and I always enjoy seeing her! Dr Cronin actually called me personally the night after my surgery!….. I was so impressed by her skill, dedication and caring!! I can’t recommend her any more highly! She’s impressive in every phase of her practice and her personality and she even picks a world class staff. Friday the 27 Dr Cronin is so wonderful and patient!!! I’m told that a lot of her patients are children….. that explains why she’s so tolerant of me! Friday 8 June Had another great follow up visit with Dr Cronin and her staff!…. I have complete confidence in them and a special shout out to Michelle , the tech who got me ready for dr Cronin….. god help her, she didn’t know what she was in for! Lol 😝

Dr. Lori Hassinger and her receptionist are both great. Highly recommended. Both are friendly and easy to talk too. Very thorough eye exam.

Receptionist/ manager is extremely rude! Wouldn’t go there
