Old world service and craftmanship meets the 21st century at a box store price. I highly recommend Snodgrass Eye Care LLC. Nobody will take better care of you than the staff here. Personalized service is spectacular. They can order any frame you can think of and they have a good selection from which to choose. They even added a little blue to my lens to help my eyes while on the computer. Their prices are amazing. They are the best!

All the staff that took care of me during my cataract surgeries were amazing! Their kindness, courtesy, and care was beyond expectation. I especially want to mention Tami Garland. Her expertise, patience, and attention to detail was a new and great experience for me with glasses. She is such an asset to your institution! She alone could have been my reason for the 5 stars review. I’m very thankful for all of you.

I have been going to this business since it was previously known as Thoma Sutton. I always went to the Beechmont location, but was sent to the Milford location due to Beechmont being full at the time I needed an exam. This morning, I went to the Milford location for my annual exam. I had a 10:50a appointment, but because I couldn't find the location, I was 11 minutes late. They allow for a patient to be ten minutes late. I placed a call at 10:55a and confirmed the location. I walked in at 11:01a and stood at the check-in desk for 3-4 minutes before being acknowledged. Ultimately, I was refused care. The girl at the desk stated that she had to check on allowing me an eye exam as I was late (1 minute). The receptionist went to the back where I heard whispering after which another woman came to the front desk reaffirming that I was late, AND coincidently, the doctor had to leave for an emergency...LIE, as I saw the doctor walk into the back as I entered the building. If that was true, why didn't she tell me that when I called. It's one thing to follow rules, even if it was only 1 minute, but to flat-out lie to my face is another. Guess someone was trying to leave early on a Saturday. After all these years, I will not be returning to this business. I worked in a medical field, and we would never have done this to a patient. Always remember, word-of-mouth is the best advertising.

I have bought many pairs of glasses over the years and I must say ordering this pair with Kate was one of my best experiences ever. My wife and I were totally impressed with how friendly yet professional Kate was. We actually had fun if that is possible ordering glass. Thanks COSTCO for having an employee like Kate.

So happy I found this place! I had a great new patient appointment. Everyone from the receptionist to the eye technician, the doctor and then the check out was so friendly. Highly recommend.

I have very good insurance and I ended up leaving without anything. I refuse to pay almost 300$ for glasses and only 6 months for contacts. Ordered both online for less than half the cost. Also, had to pay out of pocket for the exam since I didn't get glasses or contacts with them. Goodbye 70$. My daughter got 2 pair of glasses for less than 150 3 weeks prior. Nope. We will go somewhere else. My husband won't make an appt now either.

Yesterday I had my yearly eye exam at the VA. The Doctor was Joseph S. Szorentini and a supervising Doctor named Messina (spelling???). The care I received from both of these individuals was top notch. Specifically Dr. Szorentini was really very good at explaining what was going on and what to expect. I was impressed with the care I received. Thank you to both of you!

Refused to offer a just a few days worth of contacts. I just moved here and don’t have an eye provider. Looks like I’ll take my business elsewhere.
