Beware the new team as for summer 2023 is terrible! I started going to Dr. Korth years ago and it was great! I spent years trying to find the right eye doctor and this practice was so good I drove from Hollywood to go there. Unfortunately, Dr Korth retired in August 2023 and it’s been havoc ever since. I have been patiently waiting for my contacts since June! I call all the time and am constantly told they will figure it out and call by the end of the day. I can’t even count how many times I have been told that to no avail! I have been considered medically necessary for years and somehow that didn’t get put into my file when I went for my annual visit. First I was told VSP wasn’t getting back to the office, then it was my health insurance company and then it was their own billing departments. I don’t know what happened, but I’m done with them. I have been dependent on glasses with an old prescription and many scratches. This is insane!

Dr Young is fantastic. She is very thorough and professional. I have total trust in her care of my vision needs.

Dr Martel was contacted by Sutter ER when my mother was in from out of town and had an emergency eye problem in the middle of the night. Dr Martel made a recommendation for emergency treatment and then scheduled a follow up appointment for the following day, which was the Friday after Thanksgiving. Dr Martel was a no show. We're very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in how this was handled. Forgetting an 89 year old woman in need of further evaluation and possibly treatment is not excusable.

Best optometric experience I have had in a long time! Excellent and thorough exam with Dr. Ho, kind and courteous staff, clean and tidy facilities, and an awesome selection of frames (including budget ones!). So happy I found this place!

I just recently started wearing glasses and staff helped make the transition into eyewear as smooth as possible! They were even able to help fix my frames without damaging them at all! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for glasses!

I have bought glasses here for several years. Have been very impressed with the service, the quality of the lenses and frames, and the service has been excellent. Also they offer great coupons with their products several times a year!!! I will continue to do business with this company!

Retinal detachment, post cataract care. Dr. Stone and his staff are absolutely amazing. Very helpful and caring. Staff is very down to earth and personable. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Update: Their social media rep decided to call and offer to make everything right as long as I pay a copay difference of $27. That's right! As long as I pay to correct their mistake, they'd be happy to fix it! So, I'll also attach pics to show that I've ALREADY paid for what I wanted, but never got it because THEY put the order in wrong, so now I have to pay to fix their mistake. Don't even go for the exam. They don't care about their clientele. They just want to bill insurance. The optometrist herself was great, very friendly and seemed to want to help. That's about the end of the praise. I ordered a nice pair of glasses, opted for the blue tint, anti scratch, the whole package. To bad when they came in, they had neither of those coatings, nor did the staff bother to make sure they fit. No worries, I'll adjust as I go! Except the scratches became the focal point after the first time I cleaned them. I called to ask about the coating, and was basically told too bad, you accepted them, no refunds. Go for the exam, skip buying anything or trusting any of the other staff.

For whatever reason, my initial eye exam prescription results did not produce the desired end product when I got my new glasses. When I called Better Vision with my concern, I was met with a caring response, a quick scheduling, and a concentrated effort by Dr. Patel to search out an improvement to my existing script. After a review, another eye exam, he made a finer adjustment to improving a condition, I didn’t convey very well in my first visit. There was no charge for his extra effort to help me achieve the best vision I was capable of. It goes without question, I highly recommend Better Vision and Dr Patel to serve your vision needs. the front is amazing the drs office in the back is always so slow if u have an appointment be ready to wait 30 minutes to an hour from ur scheduled appointment
