Great experience with the doctor, receptionist, and Jackie, who helped me pick out a right fit for my glasses. (Not all glasses fit all faces) Professional and friendly, works with your budget. Recommend giving it a try.

I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately was not an option. TLC prides themselves in customer service, funny they don't have it. I called and left messages and emails and NO ONE ever calls back. With the lawsuit against them this shows that they are incapable of conducting a business. After 1.5 years of me trying to have them correct the error made on my eye, still nothing has been done by them. There offer to me was to go to a other state 2 houre away to maybe see if I qualify to have my procedure done because their Garden City location is closed. I requested my money back so that I can go to another place that would actually do the correct job and instead they offered to refund my :lifetime warranty of $200/eye". They are 100% unprofessional and I will never recommend them to anyone else.

Dr. Styn has a humorous side to him! The professionalism he showed was top tier and I’m glad he was able to tell me what’s going on with my eyes, correct my script, and give me the information I was looking for in regards to having lasik done. 🤞 I’m a candidate! …

This office is always busy. Despite the crowd, the sales person Wendy was pleasant and patient with me. My face is round and she gave me a lot of good recommendations for my face shape. I finally picked out a pair of Chanel glasses and I love them. I just picked them up yesterday and I got a lot of compliments since then. I highly recommend this place for glasses! The doctor checkup was smooth, Dr. Tsai shows professionalism and kindness. Thank you!

I admit that the "virtual exam" sounded a little sketchy, but honestly I now prefer that over a standard exam. It was super quick, efficient, and I still got to talk to an Optometrist. The tech that was helping me, Nicole, was absolutely awesome. She did all of the test that the Optometrist would need, moved the little machines around for the Doc, and did all of the technical work. At the end of the day, all the Doc really needs to do is read the results of the test and issue a prescription anyway. No reason they can't do that virtually. It also helps I spent three years replacing in person meetings with virtual meetings anyhow. So, seeing the doctor on a screen and not in person really wasn't a big deal.

excellent experience. Bella is very knowledgeable about the different lenses and frames including their construction material and price difference. it's not often that you have the experience where somebody can offer cordial and expert service like this.

Excellent customer service, the eye doctor was thorough and communicated all medical concepts clearly.

The Doctor is Great very nice, and the tech that came in with her was nice. When it came down to get the glasses for my son, Samantha I believe her name was, left us at the glasses station with out any explanation. When I asked to get contacts, she basically brushed me off, stated he would have to fitted and that there was a whole process. ( very lazy) she sat down on her phone the whole time!!! I was waiting there after picking the glasses, she saw me and continue talk to another staff, about candy without attending me. After a while I asked, what do I have to do because I was waiting there frustrated. She stated rudely that she had told me to sit down on her desk(which she didn’t). Very unprofessional!!! I ordered my son glasses because he needed them, but never again!!!!! I provided pictures her on her phone, we waited for at least 15-20 mins.
