Worst experience ever. Clinic was dirty and we had to wait for over 4 hours. Fellow intern and Dr. Johnson had a horrible bedside manner. My sister went through the worst experience of her life when she had a stroke and almost died and this doctor could not give her more than 2 mins of her time after our 4 hour wait. Dr. Johnson barely touched my sister and told her that her vision would never be the same based on her intern's assessment. No compassion, empathy, or explanation. She seemed in a hurry to leave the room. We would never return to her! Did not inspire trust at all.

I had a eye cataract surgery there and it was safe and succsusful surgery. Its been more than a month now and I can see clearly. Dr Greenberg and the nurses was very attentive and knowledgeable to their job. Very professional and friendly. Thank you!

Over the last 17 years I have seen Dr. Barbara Shang for myself, for my son (who started wearing glasses very early), and at some point my wife also needed Dr. Shang's outstanding expertise and care. In brief, all my family members have been seen by Dr. Shang. I started having some challenges with astigmatism back in 2008, and since I write and read a lot (interacting with the computer screen included), I need accuracy in measuring prescriptions for my glasses. Dr.Shang helped me so much over the last 17 years that I could with my whole heart say her work contributed much to my professional and personal success, as well as to the health of all my family members. I respect a lot Dr. Shang's professional expertise and her superb care for details. I strongly recommend her work to anyone who looks for an outstanding specialist.

Professional, timely, courteous and efficient. I trust Infinite Vision, Dr. Kimble Wonch, and her team to provide me with the best optometry care on the Northshore. I will continue to visit them each year until I develop the need to do so more frequently.

I have been going here for years for macular degeneration and they have been wonderful in helping save my eyesight. Dr. Kerrison, I wanted to reach out and share our thanks for a few different reasons! My husband and I saw you yesterday where you diagnosed him with uveitis. He has been on his drops for 24 hours and what a difference they have made already! It was such a relief that you knew immediately what was wrong and could prescribe the best course of action. You were so helpful in treating my Vitreous Hemorrhage a few weeks back which was what caused me to bring my husband to you. To your staff…. each time I called they fit me, or Tim, in immediately. They put me on hold to ask you if you could see me at 4pm on a Friday and you said ye, then again when it got worse you actually called me to check in. When I called yesterday we had an appointment within 2 hours. That has not been lost on us and I really wanted to give your team the recognition, as well as yourself, for all you have done. Staff her are extremely kind and courteous. I didn’t have to wait very long at all to begin the tests prior to seeing the doctor. Doctor Hayashi is extremely thorough with his explanations! I didn’t feel rushed at all and he answered all my questions. He is very personable and charismatic. The staff are friendly and readily available to assist without being pushy about purchasing from their office, unlike other optometrist offices I visited in the past. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a new optometrist. I will begin to recommend him to friends and family.
