Excellent experience at Berkeley RSC back in 2020. I had challenging astigmatism in both eyes and the team did a fabulous job bringing my vision to perfection. Dare I say the process was quick and only slightly uncomfortable?! Yes!!

Dr. Nicacio is amazing and provided great solutions to my vision challenges. I appreciate the great attention to detail and care I received. Holly is so professional and helped me pick the right frames and did the fit up. Loved her vibe and customer care. Wonderful experience.

Dr. Prajapati and this practice are the absolute best. My husband and I make the commute from North Raleigh for our eye exams and it is worth the trip. They are incredibly efficient, polite, professional, knowledgable, and communicate with you about your eye health. I wear contacts and glasses, and routinely see Dr. Prajapati for my annual exam. Each time he recalls my preferences in contact lenses, how old my glasses are, etc. They provide a few pairs of new contact lenses while I wait for my order to arrive. I have worn corrective lenses since I was 9 years old and have seen several doctors over the years- Dr. Prajapati is by far the best and exceeded my expectations.

My appointment was at 2. I was not seen till after 3, this was the least annoying part of my experience. I never write reviews but this place should be embarrassed. Where to begin with how terrible this appointment went. I was referred to Dr. Lee because they had the only doctor available in the area that could perform a "special surgery on my eye lid". Turns out he was not capable of doing it and recommended the same treatment that I was given the past two months. On top of that I witnessed the front desk women being rude to nearly everyone to approach them, "IF YOU COULD GO TO THE OTHER DESK, THAT WOULD BE GREAT" is a direct quote from the completely overwhelmed by not helping anyone front desk woman. After my nonhelpful appointment I was asked to wait to schedule my follow up appointment, that process lasted 25 minutes before I left without being called (knowing that I would NEVER return to this office for any reason ever). Come to find out today that the prescription that I was told to my face would be called in, was never called in at all. I am on the phone with them now being sent in an endless loop of answering machines, unable to reach anyone helpful at all. I am sure some of the people that work here are competent, but I didn't encounter even one. Avoid this place at all cost, seems like INSURANCE FRAUD to try and force me to come back and continue to charge me for no help at all.

These folks are very thorough and professional. They know what they’re doing. I loved their new office. Vision is precious and something you want real expertise with. We worked with Dr. Rivera who I thought was great.

Everything about my experience with Woolfson Eye Institute has been excellent in every way. The staff are friendly and helpful and Dr. Woolfson himself is the soul of courtesy and, as far as I'm concerned, a master of his craft. I couldn't be more happy with the results of my procedure.

This was by far the best doctor's office experience me and my 81 year old mother had!! The staff was friendly and pleasant, some being bilingual even conversed with my mother which made her feel very comfortable on her first visit. We made our appointment on a Friday and imagine both our surprise to find out that they have donuts for their patients every Friday!!! Dr. Terry Robinson even conversed with my mother in Spanish, he was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve my mother's chronic problem that she had not been able to get relief from for the past few years. I would definitely recommend this office to senior's or anyone who wants a "Hometown" doctor experience where you are actually treated like a person. I felt like my mom got lots of time with the doctor and he took time to listen to my mother and I. He also took the time to explain things to us regarding my mom's ongoing eye issues and how to keep them under control. My mother said this was the most comfortable she's ever felt in any doctor's office!!!
