I have been a patient for more than 10 years. They are always kind, accommodating and very through. They have fixed glasses for me, made glasses and sunglasses and even helped me see better at night with special coatings on my glasses. They are a local business also.

I came to this location after having bad experience at Visionworks, Pilgrim Plaza. I was welcomed by the staff and was taken care by Sharon. She is really nice, humble, and helpful. She spent her time explaining which benefits I can get from my insurance, as well as recommending which type of frame that can best suit my face and the prescription. I ended up purchasing a very cute one. The glass will be ready in a week from now, and I cannot wait to have it. 5 star for Sharon in particular and the store overall.

Dr Lo & Staff are "Simply Excellent"!

I am the worst, I lost the cards of everyone I met at this location. I wish I could have called everyone out by name but literally everyone that was in the office the day of my appointment was phenomenal. I have never met a friendly and caring staff such as this. Through the years I have always been subject to long waits and then being rushed out, but not here. These folks not only accommodated a last minute appointment, they took the time to give me a thorough examination and made sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I do not want to under value the friendliness and professionalism of the staff but I do need to highlight the fact that the doc was very friendly and the most professional I have ever experienced. I wish I saved his card but it was the guy from Jersey, he was awesome. Also, listen to the doc if he recommends the Bosch + Lomb Infuse, they are the best contacts I have ever had!

Love how friendly everybody is here. I have been coming here for 2 years now, and always have the same welcoming and pleasant feel. The doctor definitely knows what he’s doing. Good job everyone :)

Staff was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. Definitely coming back next year for my yearly exam!

In April 1994 I had found that my vision changed abruptly and I was Dx with a Thrombosis in my head. I was referred Dr. Jones by the Dean of UCI Med Sch. I have nothing but the best to say about his care of my eyes via visual fields and exams, Cataract surgeries R 96’, L in 97’. Ref. to Dr D Harper MD Neuro-Ophthalmology for bi- lat Papilledema Care. To this day I’ve always been told how beautifully my implants were done, that I have had great eye care. I’m 75 this HALLOWEEN 🎃 THANK YOU, DR. JONES and staff.

Used this vision center in the past with no issues. New manager rude, sarcastic, not knowledgeable and very SCATTERED. Will not be back! Too many vision centers around town for this behavior.

Dr. Katsman is simply the best. She is a fantastic surgeon, and has wonderful bedside manner. She has taken care of multiple family members, and it has always been a great experience. I highly recommend her!

Awesome place,waiting room is cozy, lady at desk is sweet and my daughter was comfortable with Dr.Mark Ruiz. Very nice people
