I booked a last-minute appointment to get a routine eye exam. They were able to schedule me for that Monday and let me fill out all my paperwork, so I didn't have to do it on Monday. When I arrived, I was checked in and taken back almost immediately. I opted for most of their standards exam and then some. I hadn't had an exam in over 20 years. It went smoothly, the doctor didn't push any ridiculous expensive prescription on me. Made some recommendations but left it up to me and didnt push which was nice. I will for sure be back. My three kids and wife go here as well. Very nice facility and exam rooms.

I really appreciate the friendliness that their front end staff exhibited in getting me an appointment as well as getting me in their system. Her ready knowledge of my benefits and how they would be applied was very helpful. Overall I feel my experience is starting off on a positive note.

Absolutely incredible service! From the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between, everything was fantastic. I’m so happy I decided to come here. The front desk workers were fabulous and helped me to pick out my perfect pair of glasses. The process was transparent and Dr. Wren was so caring and kind. He listened to all my concerns, validated me and came up with two solutions that will work perfectly for me. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome team of women, it’s my second time there to get new glasses and fill prescriptions on older frames. Nothing but excellence , I had Joni this time, she was a very big help… with everything, tell me …why do these ladies know how to pic out at least 20 pairs of glasses in a matter of minutes that will look great on you? The only problem you have is choosing which one😚 ! Thank you Joni 🥰

Oh my goodness I can see again And don't need glasses. Just readers. I've been wearing glasses forever. Love Dr. Froula. Nice and friendly and professional. I'd have done it along time ago if my eye drs would've told me I had cataracts. Getting the other one done too.

I had an great assistance from Mrs. Rachel, she made me understand the meaning of the material in my lenses and the differences between standard and premium. I already knew the insurance guidelines but she made me understand them more carefully. Rachel deserves an award for her great service at hand. She had customers leaving with a smile

I have had three appointments with Dr. Seidel, and every one of them was a more pleasurable appointment than any other doctor's appointment I have had in my 60+ years. I cannot imagine a better doctor to be treated by. Mark Passeri

Everything was GREAT!!! From the Nursing Assistants to the Doctor, they treated me in a Very Professional and Knowledgeable Manner. I've been here several times and it's Always been a Pleasant Experience. Thank You All and God Bless.

The doctor is very professional and respectful towards his patients! Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the front desk staff... :( they are very passive aggressive, and have poor communication skills. They greatly lack friendly social skills and don't know how to professionally help people!
