They were short staffed, but oh my word, so professional, so kind, and helped me and my son get taken care of. I’ve been to many Nationwide, the location on Higley and Baseline I HIGHLY recommend. The Only downside was lack of selection. The front desk staff was amazing!

Great experience! The office is very welcoming.The staff are really friendly and Dr.Fong is very good doctor.He explain things pretty welland tries to understand the patient and gives informed choices.He has high tech instruments and very knowledgeable Doctor.

June 7,23 went in to buy a second pair of glasses. They already had my Rx, so it should have been a simple in/out. Turned out a quicker exit than I anticipated. The staff were talking but one lady was yelling. I looked at her oddly to indicate her voice was too loud while she was seated right next to me. She continued to yell. She was yelling orders to the other staff. Did not get off her laurels and walk to them just yelled. On and on. I have never seen such an unprofessional demeanor in an office. I left and I won’t go back.

Great group- prompt, kind, and customer oriented. I found myself in a time crunch and they were very helpful. Highly recommend!

I appreciated being seen quickly. The lady that did all of the preliminary testing was great! The doctor came in and did her thing quickly as well and I was out the door. The only negative for me was driving to Pueblo from Trinidad as only people 55 and over are seen there. This drawback for me will end after May1, 2028.

I decided to consult Dr. Garner after several failed attempts at previous optometrist to get my contact lens prescription corrected. She really took the time with me & corrected my contact lens vision. It’s nice to be able to see clearly again. Highly recommended. Thanks Dr. Garner!
