I loved this place, Dr Bloom was a pleasure to be treated by, the staff were great. In particular the woman who does the billing calculation saw I had vision insurance and opted to recalculate my total. For anyone interested in a great eye care experience, I highly recommend.

Best in town! Always fast and thorough. Never more than a 10 minute wait. I've been going there for over 10 years and have never had an issue with any staff member or billing and the Doctors are fantastic. You get the choice of seeing the same Dr or first available if you're in a rush.

I’ve had the pleasure of spending 2-hours in the waiting area. My mom’s appointment was at 1:45 and finally at 3:30 they took her back. I am so glad their time is more valuable than my time. Understood things happen, but I would appreciate any kind of update and explanation about the delay. Instead it was no communication.

Hands down the most comprehensive and caring eye exam I’ve ever gotten in three decades. Dr Shah is the best, and the support staff and friendly and professional too!

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I’ve been there a handful of times, mostly warranty related(son keeps breaking his glasses) and always been treated properly. The poor ratings does not reflect this business.

I've been using this optometrist for 10+ years now, and have never had a bad experience with him. I recommended him to my best friend and she also loves him. Dr Wake is warm and friendly, and the staff is always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this optometrist.

Dr. Yee is exceptional and very personable. I've had problems with eyesight in my right eye for years and have been to several other optometrists during this time. None of them have been able to get me to a prescription I've been 100% pleased with. However, Dr. Yee was able to nail it the first time! And, I was trying progressives for the first time and when I put my new glasses on everything felt and looked great. I highly recommend Dr. Yee. I didn't give five stars only because when I picked up my glasses they were very busy and were able to give very little time to help adjust my glasses. I went to a different optometrist office closer to my home later that afternoon to get them readjusted. Not their fault at all, but there were few people to assist as this office is quite popular. Also, what I like about this office is that everyone is very kind and friendly, and they take cleanliness seriously which I appreciate. When you arrive you wash your hands in the bathroom and when you try on glasses you don't put them back on the shelf, you put them in a bin to be cleansed.
