Dr. Dayani is the best eye specialist. He treats his patients with respect and kindness. I'm so blessed to have him as part of a team of physicians who took the best care of me these past four years.

Dr. Shade has been very good in keeping my glaucoma under control. She is very easy to talk to and in explaining how to take my eye drops. Amy is also very good in taking all the test as well as helping you choose glasses. I would recommend Dr. Shade to everyone.

Got in quickly and Dr. Healy’s did a great job of getting everything set up for the Doctor. Dr. Healy made some adjustments that I believe will improve my vision, as usual.

Dr. Young was an eye consult for me at the hospital. He totally understood my issues and was very helpful to me. He also was very instrumental in helping me get assistance with specialty doctors quicker and it saved my life. I thank God for him!

10/10 I was shaking in my boots when I arrived but was put at ease by the staff, everyone was so kind and sociable I tend to make jokes when I get nervous and they all entertained me and laughed along. However the pièce de résistance was that when I was in pre-op the topic of my favorite Taylor Swift album came up and when I was in recovery as I was the last patient, Alyssa I believe her name was had it playing for me. It was the simplest act of kindness that made such a difference. I was treated with the utmost care and compassion. I cannot express how wonderful my experience was, Thank you so much to everyone!!

I took my mother to Dr.Shabatian and was met by very polite and cheerful receptionist. We were called back to the exam room within10 minutes. The technician was extremely professional and polite and explained everything that she was testing to my mom. Shortly after the doctor came in, introduced himself and started to examine my mom’s eyes, as well as going over all the data that was compiled by the technician. We found his bedside manner to be very polite and professional, and the whole experience was like going back in time, everyone was just terrific. We were thrilled to death to have found this doctor and would recommend anybody to this facility.

Been coming here for over a decade and now they’re telling me they don’t accept my insurance anymore. Additionally, they never remind or encourage me to come in every year for a check-up. I always had to call to set up an appointment. Its a shame, but it’s honestly a blessing in disguise.

I am new to the area, and needed a yearly check up. I was referred to this practice, and after searching other reviews, made an appointment. They were able to fit me in the same week. I was impressed with Dr. Nguyen, the time she took to explain things to me during my visit, and the efficiency the office staff showed in dealing with my insurance. I am very pleased with Hawthorne Optometry.
