The only reason I’m giving four stars is because first come first serve is something I truly genuinely believe in and I was there before another customer came and i ended up having to sit and wait to get serviced after her. Overall, there’s this young man in there and he was very helpful 10 out of 10 for him. it was quick easy and simple !

Took my daughter in for an eye exam and to purchase new frames. Appointment was at 1000, we were out of there by 1130. Quick, professional service! Joe was the floor associate who helped my daughter pick out her new frames. They were super knowledgeable about style trends and what went well with my daughter’s ‘look’ (dads of daughters will understand). Joe was also great at explaining features improvements to lenses, as well as the cost breakdown for everything. 10/10 service, will return again!

Dr. Jahnle was personable, pleasant, a really good listener, dug deep to find my problem, and took an extra measure of time and effort for diagnosis. He made a plan to help me and communicated with other physicians on my behalf. I’m following his prescription and will report back to him on the results. The lady was very helpful, patient, and polite. She fixed my glasses in an hour. She was absolutely wonderful and i hope to visit her again once I'm no longer broke as a joke.
