Dr. Heather and Archie are the best! In and out for the eye exam. Dr.Heather was very nice, thorough, and explained everything very well. Archie was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Showed me how to maximize my benefits getting both contacts and glasses. Will definitely return and recommend my family and friends!

If I could give Dr Krall 5000 stars I would, he truly changed my life for the better! I went to see him in the beginning of June because my vision deteriorated due to both astigmatism and the formation of cataracts. There no longer were any glasses or contacts that allowed me to see because of how bad my vision had become. During my first appointment with Dr Krall I told him about my vision problems and he looked at me with such compassionate eyes and said “I can help you" - and he did just that. With his steady hands, kind nature, and up to date knowledge he transformed my vision with eye surgery. Now for the first time in my life my vision is 20/20. I no longer require correction glasses and every day is a new discovery of objects around me that I wasn’t able to see clearly before - I can truly see!! My vision feels like I’ve switched from watching an old TV screen to seeing in HD, I can see real colors (no longer a yellowish blur that I had before) and everything is so clear and sharp. To me it is crucial to pick the best eye surgeon (and there are so many ophthalmologists which can be overwhelming!). Before choosing Dr Krall I did a lot of research and went to see some other eye surgeons in San Diego for an assessment, and finally when I met with Dr Krall I knew immediately that I could trust him to operate on my eyes, I feel so grateful that I picked him. I want to also express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care given to me by his office. The staff was incredibly friendly and caring and created a calm atmosphere. This is brand new clinic and is super clean with new equipment and technology which made me feel very secure. It was easy to check in and I was always seen quickly. I am beyond impressed - the staff is fantastic, the office is clean, and the most important part, Dr Krall is the greatest. If you need an eye surgeon I sincerely and strongly recommend Dr Krall, he will change your life like he did mine. Thank you Dr Krall so so much from the bottom of my heart.

Dr Reynolds and his staff are exactly what every patient wants. He treats me with respect, never talks down to me and generally makes my visit wonderful. He staff are knowledgeable in their assigned tasks, making even the dreaded visual field test tolerable! This visit and previous ones are all 5 stars.

Really enjoyed my visit. She made me feel very comfortable and she took the time to explain things. I will be back & I'm recommending her to everyone I know. Keep up the great work!

The doctor was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience driving home that night with my new contact prescription. I have astigmatism and my contacts do not sit well on my eyes. I had to keep blinking in order to see clearly but my contacts would shift and my vision would get blurry again. I contacted the office and was able to go in again and I went through a very quick test to double check that my prescription was correct. I was told that it was and I just assumed my eyes just got worse due to aging. Fast forward to a year later and I went back to my original vision place I was used to going. I asked the doctor if the brand of contacts might have anything to do with it. Originally I assumed that it was my eyes aging (I was 30 at the time) but I was told that the brand could have something to do with it. I was told the difference in contact brands and the silicone used and the technology behind the two brands. When I was given a prescription for the original brand, my vision became so much better, the way it used to be. I am very disappointed that I was prescribed a very inferior (although cheaper) product. I am especially disappointed because I told the eye doctor that I was used to be able to seeing better and was simply told that the prescription is correct and that she did not consider that the cheaper brand may not be as good as the more expensive brand that I was used to in the past that I ended up reverting to. I suffered through constant blurring to correct my vision with random blurriness for an entire year. The extra star I provided was because the doctor and the office staff were nice. FYI The cheap brand was Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism. The original/new brand is Biofinity Toric. I later found out that contacts companies will heavily market to doctors offices with all types of perks and benefits should they exclusively select one brand over the other. Please do your research on contact brands especially if you have astigmatism. Doctors sometimes have a financial interest to recommend one product over the other and may be tempted to consider what is in their best financial interest over your eyes.

The tech did not seem to know how to accurately operate the testing equipment and constantly referred to written instructions. On one of the tests she gave it her best guess. Please beware there is no actual optometrist prsent in this location. Apparently the tech was supposed to perform the exam and submit the results virtually! I had to leave eventually. I was not confident I was getting accurate results

Dr Haggerty and his assistant Amber are really great. Nice ppl and I needed rapid healing so Dr Haggerty got on the phone and got me set up for Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber treatment. This process never happens that quickly. Dr Haggerty gave me his work cell # and I had post op issues, it was a Saturday evening but I called him and he told me to come into the clinic....he took care of me right away by himself with his kids in the waiting room. Dr Haggerty truly honestly cares about his patients. Now, the office staff is different. Some of them are slow and indifferent. Bad for the office.

Extremely rude and disrespectful.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Jason Rogers for over 20 years. He is a very caring, compassionate and thorough provider who cares about your eye health as well as your overall health. He always has a positive attitude and if an eye health issues arises he will help you navigate what needs to be done to tackle the issue. Highly recommend him and the entire practice!

Great and friendly customer service. I brought in a really old pair of glasses and Tifinity fixed em for me and now I can see again!

Dr. Nelson Klaus did my cataract surgery and I am thrilled with the results. I had a lot of astigmatism and have had difficulty driving at night all my life. He was able to get my distance prescription down to zero. I know this is unusual as the process is both science and art and most prescriptions are pretty close to zero, so I was fortunate. I'm very happy with the care I received and would recommend them highly (I often do) .
