Renan Castillo gave us really great service! He does a very good job! When I came back, I ordered my prescription glasses and he took care of everything I need, to get the right glasses for me. Rated 5 stars for his service!

Dr. Kelvin Sue is a great doctor. He was thorough, didn't rush me answered all of my questions and was hands on. I am glad I made the decision to go to him!! Great selection of glasses as well!

We have been seeing Dr. Hawthorne for years and she is wonderful! Patience of a Saint and efficiently manages her time so that you are never waiting to be seen. I like that she is personable and remembers little things about you, as she did with my husband. We plan to continue seeing and recommending her to all of our friends.

I took my whole family for our annual appointments. Four of us with a 5 and 8 year old. We were welcomed by the friendly staff and taken in to our appointments without delay. …

Care has been good but 2nd floor reception man said judge-ily I had “almost missed my appointment” when I finally got to his window at 2:27 for a 230 appointment after waiting in line quite a while to reach him. This after waiting in line to get a seemingly pointless visitor sticker also. What is the point of this type of public relations approach, I’m wondering. And still waiting at 320 to see Dr for that 230 appointment!

Thus place is amazingly wonderful!! I called them on a Saturday morning complaining about a possible eye infection. They got me an appointment immediately!! Dr. Immanuel treated my eye problem and arranged for a follow-up in 10 days. I would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I did the eye test and got our glasses from here. Dr. Zia was very knowledgeable and provided us with good advise on the the type of glasses that we needed. It was a much better experience than other high end retailers where the just tell you to get this or that without explaining the different options you have. Two thumbs up for great customer service.

Dr. Fitch is an excellent and caring eye doctor. I don’t know if she is taking new patients but, if so, I highly recommend her. She is also a breath of fresh air - so positive and personable while remaining professional and thorough.

Thank You Dr. Cassidy & Team... As of today.. 15 months to the day {of a detached retina crises), I can finally see fully. Like from watching TV in the dark to turning on the lights :-) I am amazed how I can read the signs like across a store, street signs etc. I am not sure of the lessons why life took me through this.. I know it has once again humbled me... making me so grateful & thankful to God for to see today. A month ago I kept saying I am happy to have the sight I had... Even then, I didn't realize just how much I was missing. Today I give Gratitude & Thanks to you & your staffs professional help :-) Jeff
