Terrible experience my last visit. First off when you call any of their offices you will never get anyone on the phones. Whether it’s for scheduling or trying to reach directly to your office to let them know you’re running late. Front office never answers phones. When you leave a message good luck if anyone ever calls you back. I was running a little behind due to our great Seattle traffic and when I arrived they said I was past their appointment window policy to be seen. I asked to see the policy and if it was posted and they told me it’s internal. What good does that do your clients? They finally allowed me to be seen but I had to wait almost an hour to be seen. Only great thing about this office is the Dr. And assistant was great! Only reason I’m leaving 3 stars instead of 1

I went ti this place for years paying thousands of dollars. I am a 64 years old retired without Medicare or insurance. Dr. Betsy is a good doctor, very nice but in my opinion is not place for old senior persons. I brought my old frames and I paid $800.00 for glasses. Optician Mirney Alegre and manager Jackie Cedeno convinced to me to take a very expensive pair of glasses and I feel not well with those in weeks and I returned at optical Mirney Alegre said sarcastically and disrespectfully commenting as we left to " For Eye Optical " finally Jackie Cedeno with bad manners accepted do it again and not returned my money . Nothing compared as how it was 10 years ago. I don't think I am coming back ever and not recommended this place.

Dr Bokosky is a great doctor, but I have had to wait in the waiting room over an hour each time I show up for my appointment on time. My time is very valuable. I don’t appreciate the long wait times!

I am not happy because doctor brockman's office office failed to advise me of charge is not covered by medicare. I informed this of this when they called me today and I said you never said I would have to pay anything else and she said I … More

Went there for my annual eye exam and retinal screening (which is covered by my insurance). But they declined to accept that, even after the insurance agents repeatedly told them it's covered for me. This clearly shows malpractice and incompetence for billing patients on what is already covered by insurance.

So thankful to have found this place! My husband’s glasses broke and we were so terrified he wouldn’t be able to see anything the rest of the time we are out here visiting family. I was worried the break was irreparable, which it kind of was, but the owner was able to pop the lenses into new frames. It took almost no time at all and cost was reasonable.

I am a new patient and absolutely loved Dr. Scheetz. State of the art equipment and very comprehensive exam. Very glad I established at Ashworth Vision Clinic. The only thing I cannot review are lens and frames. Much more expensive even with insurance at the Clinic, but they happily gave me my prescription and I filled where my insurance worked best and cost was minimal.

Dr. Kahjar is the most professional, skilled and talented eye surgeon in California. I couldn’t see near close far away and wore glasses most of my life until Dr. Kahjar did a laser surgery and inserted lenses in my eyes. This was in 2013 and today November 2023, I still don’t have to use glasses and have 2020 vision. It was like a miracle.

This Optical Center deserves 👏 😤 😔 ❤️ more stars for the following the Dr's genuine passion for their patients best interest in the quality of life good 👍 vision provides us. Next is the operations staff, in my opinion the backbone of the establishment, customer service care is their mission statement and you will feel the experience of it working 💪 👷‍♀️ when you visit the business. They were nice enough to see that I was a it sluggish and had to 🚗 drive far and gave me Cuban expresso ☕️ coffee what a godsend. Lastly is their wide selection of eyeglasses, sunglasses 👓 🕶 😎 👌 😍 ♥️. A must visit.

Staff and Dr. Price are exceptional! !!
