I had a great experience from my call to get an appointment until the time I left. When I called, the office manager went above and beyond to get me in to see the doctor quickly. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by an assistant who also helped get my chart and paperwork set up. Dr. Patel was very thorough and listened to my concerns and addressed each one. She did not make me feel rushed or unheard. I left her chair feeling very confident in the care I received. The office staff then helped me pick out glasses and finish up my paperwork quickly and efficiently. The office was clean, cheerful and inviting. Overall, outstanding experience.

They overschedule excessively… we had a 10am appointment and arrived half hour early. We did not get seen for three hours! Avoid this place unless you have all day free to sit and wait!

From the moment of my first phone call to make my appointment to make an appointment with Dr Escobedo. I felt such a welcoming compassionate voice. I got an an appointment within that week. Then on my appointment day I walked in the clinic I was received by the most beautiful kind receptionist just the was a patient should be received 😊. This was continued from beginning and this kindness and compassion I felt throughout my entire visit. Dr Escobedo is an outstanding doctor very professional doctor. Very kind and compassionate. The best place to go for eye exams. They do thorough screenings of your eyes for glaucoma, to make sure your optic nerve and retina are all healthy. Then during your eye exam, they give you plenty of time for questions or concerns and then they do another extensive examination before you get to read the eye charts😃 This was my second visit and they will be my forever go to for eye care!

My Dad and I have been seeing Dr Rodman for years. We recently had an appointment. The staff was very efficient. The new addition of a Spanish speaking member is a wonderful service for their patients. Dr Rodman is always very thorough in his assessment of patient issues. He makes sure the patient understands results of exam.

Ridiculous wait times, my son's appointment was 11:15 it's now 1:45 and still waiting on doctor!! It happens every time.

Fantastic visit. I had a 9:20 appointment and they were able to get me in 10 minutes early and I was done by 9:35!

Dr. Gilberg is extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and ensured that I understood everything. He is the best optometrist that I’ve been too and I highly recommend him. It also helps that the entire staff is also insanely kind and helpful!
