We made an annual appointment in November 2022. When we arrived only one of us had an appointment. Fortunately, there was an open appointment within minutes of the original time. This is not the first time there has been a glitch with the system. However, everything went satisfactorily and we left happy.

Eye exam was great! She answered all of our questions and concerns would highly recommend. spent extra time with my daughter to show her how to put in contact lenses.😀 …

I was there yesterday, May 11. I am very grateful for all the help Hope gave to me. She was able to get the best price for my glasses and she was very informative. It is so refreshing to have really good customer service. That is something that doesn't seem to exist in most places I go to any more. . Since I wear my glasses all the time I need more then a few pair. I will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to Dr. Gross since I was a kid and he is incredible. Always extremely respectful and a very knowledgeable man who is there to help you! The place is often busy, but only because it is the best. Highly recomended.

Eye Appeal Optometry is exceptional!!! It is sometimes difficult to find good service locations with insurance companies; so I was a bit apprehensive when I needed to go to the eye doctor. I worried for nothing! It is truly rare for me to feel comfortable and like a doctor's office. I loved Eye Appeal Optometry!!! 😊 From the time you enter the office to when you leave; it is calm, peaceful and welcoming. The design of the office is in a beautiful Asian style. The young lady at the front desk, Karen, is wonderful!! She is respectful and kind. And Doctor Oishi is amazing!!! You can tell he has worked as an Optometrist for a long time; however, he is so personable and kind and takes time to see you as an individual though he is very busy with patients. Doctor Oishi and Karen also take excellent care of the office; it is very clean and is sanitized between each customer. They are a great team; professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and kind!!! Thank you Eye Appeal Optometry!!! You get my highest marks and I will refer all my friends and family to you! I left my favorite sunglasses on the driver’s of my car. Then promptly forgot that I did that, and sat on them. I stopped in today to see if anyone could help salvage what was left of them. Samantha fixed them in less than 5 minutes. She knew exactly what to do, and was very helpful and courteous. This was all happening in the middle of what appeared to be a busy Monday. Thank you for all the help!

I had such a wonderful experince at Rosen eye care. The staff is so amazing. They had me in and out so quickly. Stephanie went above and beyond helping me choose the perfect frames. Please ask for her and you will be very pleased.

No stars should be awarded to this establishment. Dr. Martinez has awful bedside manners. His explanations are short and hurried. He is a remarkably arrogant individual, and I had a truly terrible encounter with him and his front office staff. He treated me like an ignorant when I asked him to clarify something. I'll never go again, and I'd advise people to find an other location.

After a bad experience at a different optometrist I came to OC Vision Center for a second opinion. They were absolutely amazing. The receptionist, the techs, Dr Eddy, everyone went above and beyond. They were all super friendly, very inviting, and so easy to talk to. Instantly felt very comfortable there. Most importantly they actually listen when you talk and don’t dismiss any concerns you may be having. If you’re looking for an eye doctor, you will not be disappointed.
