I am extremely pleased here with the service and the value. My optometrist was very informative and it seems like she really thoroughly checked my eyes. The eyecare club is an excellent value. And the general manager Jeremy gave me a ton of helpful information about eye health and helped me get my order correct so I could be in the most comfortable lenses possible. I come here as long as I live in Salt Lake!

I loved my experience here. I came on a whim after lunch near by as I just got new benefits and desperately needed new glasses. Kiki and Lynn were so kind, knowledgeable, and helped me pick out the best frames based on the design I had in mind. I can't recommend this place enough!

Dr.Huang always makes the eye exam a pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable and communicative. The rest of the appointment experience was not good. Associates gave me no assistance with picking out frames, spent a great deal of time with my insurance and didn’t explain what they were doing, so no communication— only to tell me Avēsis is not accepted anymore. Thank goodness I had other insurance. For payment, the one associate just sat there waiting. A simple explanation that she was ready to take my card would have been the right approach. I will be going elsewhere to receive better care.

Been a patient of Dr. Parker's for over 21 years!! He is friendly, understanding and takes time with his patients. His staff is equally friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure!! Highly recommend :)

I had a very good, experience from the first time, to the last. All nurses, from office visits, to the surgery team. Thank you. I have not seen the world in almost 10yrs. Everything is all new to me. It's remarkable. I can't express my feelings for the doctor, in his nurses. Again THANKS.

Exelent costumer service

My routine eye exam as a new patient was quick and everything went very smoothly! I liked the convenience of being able to schedule an appointment online and there was also very little wait time. The staff and doctor were excellent, very helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be returning!

Worse place to go this is the second time that we came to the office and they cancel our appointment right went we are in the office so unprofessional place, they keep rescheduled but always happen wen we are in the office, both offices Roseville and this one too.
