Best eye doctor I’ve ever had. So kind and goes above and beyond.

Do not recommend ! Waited a month for my glasses. I called weekly. Got a different excuse each time. They blamed my insurance for being slow. Etc. She had them sitting on the desk the whole time. Said the lenses were processing without the frames ?! Then said oops. I'm currently sitting at a different eye care. In response : No actually they received a claim for the visit. They NEVER received one for the glasses. Easily verifiable. Yes, it was a different excuse weekly. I record all phone calls.Also the new eye care can't even enter my contact prescription into the computer. It isn't a real prescription as written. The Dr. Was very nice and competent. I wish I could say the same for her front desk staff.

Best place to get your eye & sunglass prescription frames. Jane & staff always give the best advice and service. Dr. Park knows her stuff!

They will tell you they will call you back and forget. My wife has been waiting to receive assistance regarding contacts and no one in this office has been able to help— the only person who can is constantly busy and never calls back. Once we get what we need we are leaving this service.

Was denied service even though I brought in a valid prescription, they still wouldn’t sell me contacts. Good luck doing business with a place like this. Wish I could give zero stars.

Friendly staff! Greeted us promptly. Dr. Phillips was very thorough in his exam and upon discovering a potential problem, scheduled a followup in a few days to check it's progress. He then scheduled another followup in a few weeks to ensure it was resolved. My husband and I are both very pleased with the care and attention to detail he exhibited. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for an opthalmologist!!

Surgery went great! It literally only took 20 minutes. Experienced some of the best sleep afterwards! I was amazed when I woke up the following morning that I could finally see without glasses or contacts. One of the best feelings ever.

I am very happy with California Retina Consultants. I have already recommended them to a friend and a relative. Although I had to wait due to an emergency patient, I would want the same care if I was the emergency patient. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Nika Bagheri was wonderful. The staff too. All are well trained.
