I had very positive experience at Silicon Valley Eye Physicians for my dry eye problem. A patient recommended this place in Little Red Book. I am so glad I came. This place is clean, bright and has modern decoration. I was first welcomed and checked in by the front desk. They had a nice portal for new patient intake which is much better than filling out 10 pages of paper forms. I only waited for 5 mins. Rachel picked me up and ran a few dry eye related exams for me. She was super patient and gentle, clearly explained every step. After a thorough exam, Dr. Wu came and did a few more tests and asked me many questions before he gave me detailed treatment plan. He recommended starting with home therapies to see if symptoms improve. I received a email with everything I need to know later that day from Rachel. I really appreciate the effort they put into every detail to make an eye appointment as satisfying as dining in a Michelin restaurant.

My husband and I went at the same time to have our regular eye exam, this was our first time at Hatchers Opticians. At first I was a little put off by the wait time, because there was only one Dr. and Michael working that day, however after observing the efficiancy that Michael handled the lobby I was impressed. Even more so once we had our eye exams with Dr Woller, ( I hope I spelled it correctly). She was great!!! I had an issue with my prescription, I was able to call and have it corrected immediately.

I had a stroke and Luigi Sr. and Luigi Jr. gave me 2 pairs of glasses for free. They are the best one pair had Sunglasses and one did not, plus they frosted each eye and each pair. Thank you guys for everything and I will continue to use you. These two are not in the business for a Profit they really Care. Thanks guys! Oh I must not forget they gave me a free eye exam.

Dr. Di Leo was very kind, thorough and gentle. He took the time to explain my vision problems clearly and with visual examples. He was personable and very professional. The saleswoman who helped me choose my frames and lenses, Allison, was equally as friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was a big investment for me and both Dr. Di Leo and Allison provided a very positive experience and one I feel confident in. I’m now a Lensecrafters customer for life!

The staff was very friendly. Dr. Long was very professional and gave me the most thorough explanation of everything going on with my eyesight. It was the best eye exam I have had in my 18 years of wearing glasses. I told the doctor about my issues with night driving and she recommended the premium anti glare coating. I wouldn’t have gotten that without her recommendation. I am truly happy with my experience at the office. I look forward to going back.

Love Dr. El-Hag! She answered all my questions and took time to explain everything to me. From the first time I walked in the office as a patient I felt like family. Everyone made you feel so at ease. Definitely a wonderful office.

Dr. Finkelstein is the best. She pays particular attention to my diabetic eye care and dry eye due to Sjogrens. If you have complex eye needs, I can’t recommend Dr. Finkelstein enough. She’s an amazing ophthalmologist and is personable, too. 10/10, would highly recommend.
