Came here for my annual exam. This place was recommended by my insurance company. My eye exam was paid by my insurance except for the retinal imaging which is $30. You can decline the digital imaging. They may or may not ask for your permission before running the test. Just be aware. They asked me ahead of time but did not get consent from my boyfriend when he came in at a different time. I wanted the scan to be done due to eye problems running in my family so I didn't mind the extra $30. The entire staff was very pleasant and you can tell that they sincerely care about your experience. They were all bilingual which is really impressive. A good business knows its community. Dr. Joel Westrum was extremely thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I had a bump on the inner part of my top eyelid and he anesthetized and expressed the gland. I barely felt a thing and he warned that there might be some bruising from the pressure but I never ended up getting any. That bump is now gone and my eye feels like it's back to normal with no irritation whatsoever. Dr. Joel Westrum put me on some new toric contacts since the brand I was on were being phased out. I must say, my eyes have never been more comfortable! The lenses hold moisture like no other contacts I've ever owned. Overall, I'm thrilled about my experience here. The only complaints are that some patients aren't warned about extra costs before a test is performed, and the eyeglass selection is pretty lacking. If you find some glasses you like in one of the brands they carry they can order it in for you. It's just nicer to be able to try before you buy.

Very unprofessional l. Came to change my glasses because they were in bad condition. I have bought insurance so they were going to replace the lenses, took forever, never called me. I called them, they said my lenses were ready to just come and they will replace the lenses. Came today, they couldn’t find my lenses asked to come back on Monday and they will do it in 15 mins… let’s see what happens… I buy glasses for my whole families here… never again….

This is hands down the best experience I’ve had in an Ophthalmologist/Optometrist office. The staff was courteous, welcoming and friendly. First time meeting Dr. Dan Llewelyn, his bedside manners and attentive care are EXCELLENT. They have great cohesiveness working together which is hard to find in a doctors office these days.

So, at the urge of my husband I went in for an eye exam and turns out I have a condition that needs surgery. I was just writing off my symptoms as common migraines. So grateful for this doctor who was able to catch it and refer me to get my eyes fixed as I could have gone blind. The doctor was very kind and answered my questions and concerns. I highly recommend. Get your eyes checked!

Waited an hour and a half and still didn't get to see the dr. And they still charged me the co-pay while I rescheduled. Some of us have jobs and can't miss 1/2 day of work.

I arrived 20 minutes early. Completed the paperwork and the initial exams. I was then placed in a waiting room for 2 hours. I was told Dr. Thomas was very thorough. (All his staff repeats that) yet after two hours nothing was done. I left and easily received my co-pay check. Seemed like this happens a lot. Was so easy. I will never go there again.

Fabulous doctor and staff! I was referred to this practice when my ophthalmologist retired, and I could not be happier! Dr. Legare is not only brilliant, she is also on the cutting edge of the newest technology, caring, attentive, and thorough; I’m confident my vision and ocular health are in excellent hands. The staff is fantastic - Julie Ann at check in/check out is always delightful, Maria and Kim (both highly certified ophthalmic technicians) take their time with their patients, are more than competent, professional, friendly, and kind. Their optical has a beautiful selection, Stephanie has an eye for the right look with frames! I’m grateful for all of them!

Just a great place for quality eye care from people who really know their stuff when it comes to vision health and sight maintenance. Quality staff, easy parking, takes most insurance, & very knowledgeable.

The staff are always polite, professional, and helpful. They also have exceptional knowledge of the various insurance plans and explain your options clearly. I know many people who have had various procedures done without any issues!

My first time visiting Dr. Dupree was very satisfying. As a doctor and surgeon, he is highly skilled. The distance of the drive was worth it. The staff is both well-organized and friendly. I highly recommend it to my family and acquaintances.
