I've been a patient of Dr. Wu and Mr. Peter Wu for close to 20 years and have nothing but the highest praise and gratitude for this business and it's owners. I've always felt truly cared for and have been treated with immense respect and kindness even in difficult circumstances, as well as helped quickly even when they were very busy or I had complex time constraints. Thanks to their constant professionalism and outstanding, personalized care, I've stayed a patient even while living 12+ years overseas, coming as often as my visits allowed. Over the years, I've noticed how they place a high value on having the latest diagonostic tools and technology to assess the whole eye health. As a younger person I didn't always fully understand how valuable that was until a whole eye health exam a few years ago caught something very serious in the early enough stages to actually do something about it and thus gave me time to get help and keep my independence, ablity to drive and ablity to work. I highly recommend Spectrum Optometry and Dr.Wu and it's an added bonus knowing I am supporting a locally owned establishment that cares so much for its community.

The staff at KC Eye Clinic are exceptional. Each person gave me their complete attention and answered my questions before I even asked them. Dr Bircher is very thorough and knowledgeable, and gave me sound advice regarding my choice to continue wearing contact lenses. Their service contains state of the art options and I am very pleased with everything.

He was extremely quick and professional. Awesome hours on a Sunday, thorough, and he also worked with me regarding glasses for purchase. Highly recommended.

It’s impossible to get in contact with this doctors office. My family member has a surgery scheduled with the doctor and it’s been a nightmare to communicate with them. Every single phone call goes straight to voicemail and no one returns calls. I truly don’t understand how they run a practice in this manner.

Dr. Tracy Tate did an outstanding job and I would recommend her to anyone. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

Dr. Paul Jenson is a pleasure to work with. He is technically proficient and always up with the latest advances in eye care, while also having a kind and compassionate bedside manner. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about most doctors I have visited. Paul is great with the young and old and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Have had good experiences when going. Appreciate Dr. Prasad discussion about my eye care needs and addressing my questions. The sight shop needing to keep my frames for new lenses was a surprise (and for 2-3 weeks), fortunately I have a spare I can use.

I was seen by Dr. Li and I must say he's a great person first of all, then a very caring Eye Doctor. I've been recommending him to all my family and friends. Thank You Dr. Li

I went there for an eye exam, without purchasing glasses there. I thought I'd use this place because they said they take my insurance. I figured I might save a couple of bucks off of the $120 I would have had to pay to LensCrafters. This place charged my insurance $317!!! Wth?! They also want me to pay a $55 'refraction' fee, that I asked them about it when I saw the sign. (Of course they said my insurance would cover it). Their license should be revoked.
