I found the entire staff to be pleasant, friendly and helpful. Dr Hull was low-key but caring. The offices are well equipped, bright and clean. Easy access parking. I am glad to be cared for by Dr Hull and his staff and feel confident they can and will manage any issues that may/may not develop.

After initial confusion about pricing, I received very caring outreach to clear up any miscommunication. Eye care can be overwhelming for some of us and I’m really glad this office has real people for customer support. Special thanks to Michelle :)

Elaina Moyshelis is one of the best eye doctors I have ever met. She makes me feel comfortable as a patient. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t bother getting my eyes checked. And all the other staff makes me feel welcome. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

He is just one of the nicest doctors I've ever met. Very professional. Explained everything.

All of the staff were wonderful. I had an issue with my glasses and they fixed them for me. Katelynn and the other staff member that assisted us were so helpful and personable. Wonderful experience all around.

The selection and customer service were top notch! Kayla was awesome to work with! She was very helpful with picking out new lenses, I just got in town and forgot my sunglasses. She was a joy to work with. We were short on time with having to check in our condo she met us to drop off the glasses. She made a bad experience good.

I have been seeing Dr. Scharff for the past 15 years. Dr Scharff is extremely professional and experienced in diagnosing eye related issues. She is using the most advanced equipment and her positive attitude and pleasant personality made every visit a great experience. Highly recommended!

Came here for the first time to get a new pair of glasses. Just moved from out of state and switched insurance. Anton was very professional, friendly and was able to squeeze me in for an eye appointment last minute between cancellations. Anton displayed excellent customer service while helping me pick out a frame and complete my transaction while detailing all of the potential costs. Finally I was impressed with the store’s selection and variety of frames. I would come back to this location for my next pair.

Regarding the other review posted about Point of View Optical, I think the receptionist who you are referring to worked there years ago,and has not worked there in about four years. She was actually fired because she had problems with patients, and no one should hold that against Dr. Winters and the office.The past two receptionists there are extremely kind young women, who are very helpful. I have been going to Point of View Optical for twenty years now, and have no complaints. Dr Winters has been in the business for 25 years now and is professional and knowledgeable. There are two opticians, one who has quite the personality, always looking to make people laugh, and the other is more quiet but so kind. There is a nice selection of frames as well. This is a great place to go.

I love Dr.Rhode, he has got to be the most kindest, professional, understanding, loving, and sweetest Dr. I know. I will recommend anyone to him for help. The rest of the staff is awesome as well. Great job!!

Had lost my glasses on a trip to Vegas. They were quick, friendly- the doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They saved my trip. Took 3 hours start to finish and walked out with 2 pairs of glasses and exam for the price of 1! Highly recommend.
