Dr William Kasper has been my ophthalmologist for several years. He is outstanding in every way---thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced, wonderful bedside manner, very caring and positive outlook, and compassionate. Dr Kasper provides excellent and complete information/directions regarding conditions and protocols. He is a great credit to his profession. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Miami Optical Boutique definitely deserves it. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and modern the place felt. The staff treated me like family super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable especially Yamila. I got an eye exam done and found the perfect pair of glasses that fit my style. They have a great selection of designer frames, and they even helped me pick out a pair that matched my face shape better than what I would have chosen on my own. The process was smooth, no pressure at all, and they made sure I left completely happy. Honestly, this is hands down the best optical experience I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time for another pair!

Dr Williams is the best, she is very communicative and takes great care of me. She checked up on me post muscular eye surgery and gave me great recommendations for after care.

Poor service, no answers, rude staff

Beyond pleased! I booked an appointment for a routine check-up found out I needed glasses, the entire process was smooth and bump free. From the the receptionists, to the doctor, to the technicians. I have gone to other optometrists and by far this one is the best. What I loved the most is that you could feel the genuine concern from the doctor when it came to my vision, however, he did not once push that I purchase glasses. He gave me multiple options and that I appreciated so much. I will be going back for my yearly check-ups. I found a practice I can stick with. Thank you :)

Horrible experience with this doctor. He was extremely aggressive and made me and my son feel incompetent and very uncomfortable. He tried to force my son with eye drops by grabbing him forcefully by the arm and sticking his fingers in his eyes, all without gloves during the pandemic! As my son was in tears I ripped him out of the chair as the doctor yelled “yeah you go somewhere else where they don’t know what they’re doing!”. A doctor is someone we should be able to trust, and he did quite the opposite. My son doesn’t want to get his eyes checked anymore. This guy desperately needs to retire. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The phone lines don't work properly. "To speak to an operator press 0". zero is invalid... just off-putting.

I was in for my yearly eye exam. Dr Bachmeier was thorough and made sure I understood how to treat my dry eyes. He let me know that my cataracts were not severe enough for surgery, even though I had problems with night vision.

There’s no way to contact this site unless you drive to them when I call it doesn’t even ring the call just drops n hangs up on itself. Decent place family friendly great results just hard to make contact unless there’s a new number that’s not posted yet.

Not sure what the bad reviews were, My experience was great. Front staff was super friendly. Appointment was verified and kept. Was seen on time. Test was easy. Doctor Marshall was knowledgable. I did not get all details on my test results, but I don't think that really matters, I was told what I was experiencing without all the extra stuff in terms I probably wouldn't understand anyway. The doctor was great, very professional and efficient. Was sent to pick out glasses, she was also helpful and friendly. No problems whatsoever. Was given a time frame for my glasses to be ready and that was that.
