Joe, Alex and Jackie were AMAZING and SUPER personable!!! Joe explained my benefits thoroughly and also gave me a boat load of information to ensure I receive the best "eye experience" such as the anti- glare, the lens type etc. Plus I had laughs he was funny lol!! I will return

My experience is one of upmost respect for Dr. Hedaya, he is not only kind, caring and an honest doctor. His workers are excellent at what they do. They are extremely nice, caring and knowledgeable. I am suppose to have Cataract Surgery and was extremely nervous, after all we only have our two eyes but I have confidence that Dr. Hedaya will take good care of me. Great experience.

The assistances were very kind. Arrived early as I was told to do so and didn’t leave a simple appointment for over a hour plus which ok I understand sometimes establishments are overwhelmed. BUT as I was called the second time to be seen by the main doctor I set in one the rooms forever and I literally hear the doctor in training asking the main doctor if he can take a look at my eye. He was huffing and annoyed by the fact another patient had to be seen I could literally hear him say I guess I can go take a look. I DIDN'T walk in and demand to be seen I was TOLD by the woman scheduling referrals to come that day . So it wasn’t a great feeling to feel like a burden in a doctors office I didn’t ask to be in. Was excited being told they were the best to literally feeling like I wish I didn’t come. I was sent by another doc because my eye did look like this.

I absolutely love Dr. Eap. He took his time with me and explained everything. I asked questions not concerning my condition and he answered them! But the one thing I'm most grateful for is his concern and compassion. My husband was having concerns about his eyes-the fosters but they weren't going away. Dr. Eaps got him in same day, and at the time we weren't even clients. Dr Eap told us various scenarios and one server one and exactly what you say if we had to go to the ER. Thank you Dr. Eap for fitting him in and explanations and concern. You couldn't get a more professional or knowledgeable doctor.

The doctor and receptionist are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and kind. The tech , however, is kind of rude and a little insensitive. She was trying to be nice but made some presumptuous remarks regarding my autistic child and pushy when it came to the procedure for dilation. She had the vibe that she really just didn't want to be bothered with being there at the time.

Kind, fair priced, and efficient will come again 👍🏽 …

Doctor Carlson is awesome. I destroyed my glasses at work and needed to get a new prescription before replacing my glasses. Dr Carlson and his staff made room for me in their schedule the same day. They processed the paperwork quickly even though I was a new patient. The examination was streamlined and quick. They got me in and out with enough time to get an emergency pair of glasses made the same day (after 5pm)! Definitely grateful for excellent service!

I went in to get specific glasses that I had been wanting. Irene is your go to person. She was very helpful and I am glad that she assisted me with everything. I was shown the difference between lenses and other features that I did not understand. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything.

The staff (Micah, Aaron & Cayden) went over Ave above my expectations. They even helped me save some money through my insurance. And they were very nice and had a good sense of humor. Dr. Constants was very knowledgeable and helped me better understand that getting a reader & progressive were a good option for me. I had been thinking of doing this but wasn't sure of the benefits in my situation.

This Optometry shop is awesome. They have the best glasses you can ever find. The drs are friendly as well as the staff. Feels very welcoming at that store. No pressure sell.
