Very happy with my new glasses!! The optometrist and the staff were both friendly and professional. Awesome environment. Overall the best eye appointment I've ever had. Highly recommend to others.

New to the area and was searching for a good eye care facility. Lots of local in network providers not rated so well and I was getting discouraged. Dr. Suydam was on the list of providers and reviews look great! So far, so good...the lady answering the phone was refreshingly very pleasant and helpful! I've booked for October 31st and will update once I've met them in person.

Have gone to Dr. Lim-Soh for 6 years and am always happy with my care. Easy to make appointments, always prompt, and VERY thorough. Gives very detailed explanations of what she is seeing and what the test results show. Nothing but positive experiences for me.

I had been seeing a doctor there who retired, and the new doctor rushed me through our appointment. I’ve been having horrible dry eye symptoms and she wouldn’t even give me five seconds to ask about it, when I had told the assistant about it. I wanted a referral to a specialist and now I’m not sure who to see. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Because of insurance I have to wait another year to find another doctor for an eye exam.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Bhat after moving to the area recently. His office is clean, staff is friendly, and he is a fantastic eye doctor. He’s very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. His eye exams are very thorough and he takes the time to listen and answer questions. I’m glad I found this practice and would recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor!

The associate at the front desk was very helpful and polite. My insurance was coming up inactive however, while I was getting my exam she ran it again and was able to figure out that it was actually active. She saved me from having to pay out of pocket. The exam room was clean, the doctor amicable,polite and professional. Wait time was minor and everything with ordering glasses was handled promptly.

Told the tech my prescription wasn't right in my left eye as soon as I put the new contacts in. She said she'd let the doctor know. There was no doctor there in person, only through video conference. Tech disappeared into the back and never reappeared to correct the issue. I told the girl that talked to me about eye glasses and still nothing. My vision is now worse than with the old contacts I'd had for 3 years. I've now used the once a year exam my insurance covers and will need to pay out of pocket to go elsewhere. Won't be back.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Chase Ave Target Optical. Not only was Dr Heineke friendly & professional, he was thorough, & gave great explanations for my questions. Also, Jasmine was friendly, and was very helpful by assisting me with choosing frames. It’s a small business, but that’s what I liked about it…more personal attention, I didn’t feel like just a number. I have recommended this place to a number of people. Go there!
