This place has been doing my glasses for approximately the last 3 years. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Very knowledgeable ladies, from the Office Manager to the receptionist. Pleasant environment! I will continue to use them for my needs with glasses.

The entire personnel of this location was wonderful! I recommend ANY and EVERY one to visit this eye vision facility. From exam to picking out my glasses was at ease and professional. They made my visit extremely less stressful. Please let them know how much I appreciate them being so understanding and supportive in my eye exam. Thanks a million!

I had been treated on and off for 8 years. Last month I went in and the office staff wanted me to sign up for an assistance program, that I don't need, I have two insurances. Three different staffers tried to get me to sign up. I continued to say no. I was then told that if I wanted to get my shot,I need to pay$347, which has been covered by my insurance. They argued with my wife. Then when the doctor came into my room he tells me to tell my wife to quit yelling at his staff. I couldn't even hear her talking. Now DR REED, has determined that I can't go to Retinal Consultants. I have been a patient for years and have seen this man twice. I shouldn't be penalized for thier pushy assistance promoters.

My doctor recommended prednisone for a cough that I was struggling with, since I have cataracts she recommended I ask my eye doctor if it was safe to use or if it could cause complications. I left a message and waited a week with no return … More

Although is was my first visit, staff and employees were very courteous and kind. Dr Salisbury and his Assistant were very thorough as they professionally diagnosed my issue with a medication plan to hopefully resolve my issue. Lastly, they both (and others) worked well beyond the designated clinic closing hours. To me…They share the concern of each patient received!

A truly great experience from start to finish! We were greeted warmly, our appointment was handled exactly on time and Dr. Yannelli was wonderful. She explained each step expertly and answered all of our questions thoughtfully! I wish all doctors had her bedside manner and demeanor!

Outstanding customer service throughout my visit. I can't say enough about Paul. He took his time with me and was extremely knowledgeable about the many questions I had being a first time eyeglass "user". I just completed my first of three RF treatments for dry eyes at SALT Optometry in Newport Beach. The place is beautiful with a great selection of SALT glasses and other brands. Even better was all the staff there. Jessica is so great and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. There truly is a chill, friendly but highly professional vibe there. I saw Dr. Semino for my procedure. She was super friendly, thorough and informative. I’m excited to complete the three procedures, they are actually very relaxing, and get some relief from my dry eyes, and hopefully stimulate some nice collagen at the same time! I don’t live too close to Newport but it’s worth the drive!

It was a Thursday afternoon I had a blurry spot in my left eye around noon , then by 4 pm I couldn't see out of my left eye at all. I went to another eye doctor and the referred me to Florida Retina Institute in Lady Lake. Several visits and then Dr.Mavofrides preformed surgery on my eye and has restored my sight completely. They're very polite, kind and compassionate. They explained every step and made me as comfortable as possible. I truly am grateful and I would recommend them to anyone with any eye issues or concerns.
