I made an appointment with Jennifer J. Zhang Yoo, O.D earlier this year. A friend/co-worker recommended the practice. I had a great experience with Jennifer. She was very patient, attentive, and thorough. The prescription she ordered was spot on for the vision problems I was having, and I love my new glasses. She also helped me with my dry eye issues.

I had excellent service from the Doctor for my eye exam. The staff were very friendly and professional as well. Everyone was very easy to work with, and attentive to my questions. After the exam, I was able to order my glasses and I love them! I look forward to seeing them for my next annual exam!

Very pleasant visit. Everyone was friendly and warm. I arrived early and they took me early! Doesn’t happen often in health care. Can’t recommend either Doctor Haney or Doctor Lee highly enough!

The place is clean, service was good, minimal waiting time and that's why I give them 2 stars, I went once and won't return. I feel this is the type of place that will nickel and dime you. I received a bill of over $80 for a complete exam for my child and I understand that some things are not covered by the insurance and I sent the payment right after I received it. Almost 2 years after, I received the same invoice as a final reminder or they would send me to collection. I called the number on the invoice and no one answers, unbelievable! The same or even a more complete examination was done for my child at the NY Eye and Ear infirmary and no extra bills were issued.

very rude staffs at the optical shop !! Also Not satisfied with the optometrist, he was literally rushing while checking my eye, the power Of my glasses turned out to be not correct , could not see clearly near or far vision. Very bad experience! Will never go back again. The ophthalmologist was working alone in the clinic , managing the reception as well LOL !!

Referral was supposed to be sent for my son and when I called to see if it was done the front desk did not know where the referral was supposed to go and didn't see anything in his chart. I was told that the girl that was there the day of … More

I’ve been calling since September and the pediatrician sent over the referral same day! Have called, left VMs, stopped by and nothing. I will reporting them to my insurance as it’s State and gross negligences when it comes to patient care or lack of. You can call ALL day and NO ONE answers and it’s not even packed! Shame!

I actually love my eye doctor! Staff is always nice .. ALWAYS… super helpful.. and my optometrist is so kind and seems to really care.. I’m so satisfied.. I’ve been a patient for about a year now .. and have nothing negative to say

Absolute top-notch customer service and medical care from start to finish! Quick and easy scheduling as a new patient, upon arrival I was seen right at my scheduled time without any waiting (so rare these days). The office has the latest technology, so no need for uncomfortable pupil dilations! Dr. Farquhar was fantastic! He has excellent bedside manner, was patient in the testing process, and transparent/authentic, informative and thoughtful which is greatly appreciated as I required a bit of an elevated level of care and testing due to connective tissue disease prescription. This was my first time trying contacts, and another staff member spent significant time with me following my appointment with DR to ensure I was comfortable with the contact application, removal and care process. The frame and fitting staff was also fantastic and very patient as I browsed the glasses and even helped me make a final decision! They tightened/straightened and cleaned my old frames for me before I left. New contacts and glasses arrived quickly and are great quality.
